Hotel Theodore Seattle Downtown, Tapestry by Hilton

This was my first time checking into a hotel alone and the hotel staff were so kind and helpful. Additionally, as an 18 year old female solo traveler, this property was in a safe area that I felt comfortable walking around alone even at night. The rooms were super clean as well. No complaints about the beds or anything! I would definitely stay here again on my many trips to Seattle.

Clean, comfortable, historic, charming hotel. Restaurant, food, and bar was excellent.

The staff were fantastic and the hotel is well-maintained. However, there is no table or flat space to speak of and it was extremely difficult to find space to even lay out or store basic hygiene options in the bathroom. The room service number was invalid as well.

The location of Hotel Theodore was great, very convenient for everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We loved Rider, the restaurant/bar and our bartender (Chelsea?) was phenomenal! ! Our only issue was the size of the room. It was very small…well-appointed but small. This was the start of a 3-week trip for us, in two very different climates and we had 2 large suitcases, 2 rolling carryons, and two backpacks. We were tripping over our luggage as there wasn’t a place to put them out of the way. If this isn’t a problem you would face, I highly recommend Hotel Theodore for a classy stay!!

This hotel is charming. Was told it’s 97 years old. But you’d never know it. The room and bathroom are well appointed and very stylish. Exceptionally well done. Right across the street from shopping and lots of great restaurants nearby. Great coffee shop in lobby and the staff is top notch. Would highly recommend! I plan on staying here again.

The rooms were very clean with good light, linens, and towels. The staff were wonderfully warm and helpful. Great lobby. However, I only gave four stars because the rooms were too small to have a desk or even a chair or somewhere to sit other than the bed. I don't need a grand suite, but a chair to put on my shoes is nice. At least the lobby is a good place to work if you're there on business.

Excellent location, safe area, short walk to Pike Place Market, the monorail and Westlake Link station.

Great location to conference centers, the harbor and piers, as well as transportation. The staff was awesome and very helpful. The connecting restaurant was great. Loved the food there.

Sauber, Freundlich, Super gelegen um alles mit zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Clean authentic room. Good location. Small bathroom. Good bar downstairs.

We had a great stay at this classic hotel. It is classic in style but well maintained but had a fav lift so looks great….. and the staff were helpful and delightful to work with and the coffee bar was wonderful as well.

The location was very good, downtown and within walking distance of my conference at the convention centre. My studio room had several windows with a very nice city view and a small sea view.

I would not recommend this hotel at all, especially if you are on business travel or attending a conference.
Poor customer service , rooms too small with no desk or even a table to place a laptop. Staff are totally nonchalant when I expressed my needs. Management response was to upgrade! To get a desk !

The 2 stars for the location.

The room was clean and quiet. I felt safe and rested well. The bed was very comfortable
