Great location, cozy room, very clean. Eat at the restaurant attached, do not forget to order the clam chowder!

Such a delightful hotel! Rooms were fantastic and the restaurant served great food… super location. I would recommend this location to others and return here on my next visit to Seattle.

Spent 1 night pre-cruise. Great location. Walking distance from link rail station. Hotel staff helpful with dining recommendations. Thought room small but adequate. Hotel arranged shuttle to cruise pier. Thought on-site restaurant overpriced.

Great Locatiin and HILTON benefits

We had a wonderful experience. My husband and I celebrated our ten year anniversary, and the hotel welcomed us with a surprise bottle of champagne! The staff were courteous, helpful, and welcoming. Location is excellent!

We love this hotel-it has a wonderful vibe, old Seattle art-deco but modern touches and super convenient location. So pleased with Riders restaurant/bar as well!

Superb lolcation

We had a great stay at Hotel Theodore in Seattle. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Our room was modern, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax. The hotel has a stylish atmosphere and a convenient location. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again on a future trip to Seattle.

Our interactions with hotel front desk and staff at MADE cafe and RIDER restaurant were pleasant and so helpful. Everyone made us feel welcomed and provided good recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the city. Twentieth floor room had excellent views and room was well maintained. Will definitely book again. So convenient to public transit.

Stayed for conference at convention center. Great location!!! Staff was great. Wine hour from 5-6 was an unexpected surprise!!! Coffee shop was great. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was small but manageable!!! Would stay again!!!

Fabulous location for exploring Seattle. Just down Pike or Pine to the Pike Street Market. Two blocks from the monorail to go to Seattle Place for the Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens. Our room was wonderful, too.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and this was my first time back since they were bought by Hilton 6 or so months ago. It feels like an immediate downgrade. The touches that made this hotel my favorite in Seattle have disappeared, for example, swapping Aqua Panna ($7) for Dasani ($3), downgraded toiletries, and more obvious wear in the rooms. It’s still a good hotel and service is excellent, but if you’ve stayed here before (though you probably wouldn’t be looking at reviews), it’s definitely not as nice as it once was. It’s more corporate feeling than I remembered.

The location was why I'm rating it so high. Also the staff (especially) at the front desk were the best in class! The bathroom is on the smaller side, so this is a "watch out" for bigger individuals although it did not affect me. Also there were some cosmetic challenges (extremely chipped headboards) and a lot of dirty dishes in the hall which is unusual for the Tapestry brand. So without the location and front desk, I'd give it a 3 out of 5.
