Perfect location! Great energy. Clean and great housekeeping services. Quiet room. Great coffee shop and restaurant! My only critique is very small rooms/bathroom for the standard room. Like so small it was difficult for my 6’2 husband to dry off from the shower in the bathroom and difficult for my 5’8” self to blow dry my hair in the tight space but overall a great experience and friendly staff
The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very clean. The gym had everything we needed. The happy hour was also really nice and they had some local artists displaying their work where we could sit and chat and have a glass of wine. It was really great. The hotel is centrally located, making it perfect for us since we were walking everywhere.
Had a great experience during my stay. The staff was attentive and super helpful. The location was a perfect walking distance to most tourist places. Surrounded by coffee shops. Will be staying here again.
We had a great room with a view. Bed was super comfy and comforter was snuggly. Bathroom was smaller than the photo but exceptionally well kept and clean. Would stay again!
Easy check-in. Great staff. Strong location in downtown Seattle.
Great stay. The room was clean upon arrival and close enough to walk down to Pikes and the Link. The coffee shop downstairs was a plus.
This feels fully like a boutique hotel. The decor and treatment captures a nice atmosphere. The rooms are smaller than a newer hotel, but again very tasteful and comfortable.
One note: you might ask for a room without a connecting room. The transmission of sound is more sensitive.
Great location with a fine boutique old town hotel feel but with comfy at home feel. My only regret was not getting a room with the double sink as our corner room had a small bathroom for two women with a lot of cosmetic items. Thankful for the coffee maker in the room and the quiet night sleep in comfortable beds. The reception staff were very nice and so helpful especially Courtney and Kristi.
Lovely historical hotel, well refurbished. Very friendly and cozy. The gathering spaces were abundant and inviting. Loved the coffee bar and the bar. All excellent choices. Like a neighborhood gathering place with class. Our rooms were well kept, well appointed and lovely. Two blocks from the light rail Westlake Station and two blocks from the Convention Center, near great restaurants, coffee houses, and attractions. Loved Hotel Theodore Seattle.
Theodore is a perfect downtown place right near the convention center and the Pike Place Market. A splendid place to rest my head between busy days at the recent Comic Con. Many thanks to Kristy, who was extremely accommodating.
Overall our stay was good. The reason I gave 4 stars was because the night desk agent who initially greeted us was not friendly. Then when we got to our room, the sink was clogged.
We liked the spacious room, and the hotel was centrally located. Customer service the rest of our stay was amazing.
Great setting in downtown Seattle with great location. Hotel has good vibe and Rider restaurant and bar is lively and service excellent - bar a little chilly even for this Chicagoan but nice happy hour. Overall staff at hotel friendly and worth coming here
This was an amazing hotel! Everything about it was wonderful. I usually don’t write rave reviews, but checking in was perfect. Very friendly people at front desk. We took the train from the airport, and the station was about 1 1/2 blocks away from the hotel. So easy! We were close to the monorail to go out to the Chihuly Gardens, and Pike Place market was maybe six blocks away. Our room was exceptionally large, as we had requested a corner room. We thought the price was extremely inexpensive for what we received. I would love to stay here again when we come back to Seattle.
Great rooms with unique elements. The bathrooms are smaller but being this was a converted building this is expected. Great coffee downstairs and great restaurant.
I just checked out of the Hotel Theodore. I enjoyed my stay overall: the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was unbeatable for business travellers, just steps away from the Seattle Convention Center. However, the amenities were a bit lacking. They are no longer offering cookies in the lobby as advertised on the website, and you have to ask at the front desk to get a small plastic cup of wine during the “wine hour” from 5-6pm. I also had to ask directly to get any information about the $10 daily food and beverage credit, which should have been provided at check-in.
This is a nice property and the staff was consistently friendly and professional. The restaurant was awesome. The rooms are a bit small but well appointed and comfortable. The convention center is a half block away, and conveniently located for shopping and dining.
Spended hotel, with good amenities in the room. I was part of a business group who were using the hotel as a venue for a conference. Unfortunately we arrived to be told our rooms would not be ready until 4pm, when the conference was to start at 3.30pm. It was a bit of a poor show, especially from one member of staff who did not cope with the pressure well.
The rest of the time in the hotel was excellent.
