Hotel Theodore Seattle Downtown, Tapestry by Hilton

We had a great stay at this classic hotel. It is classic in style but well maintained but had a fav lift so looks great….. and the staff were helpful and delightful to work with and the coffee bar was wonderful as well.

The location was very good, downtown and within walking distance of my conference at the convention centre. My studio room had several windows with a very nice city view and a small sea view.

I would not recommend this hotel at all, especially if you are on business travel or attending a conference.
Poor customer service , rooms too small with no desk or even a table to place a laptop. Staff are totally nonchalant when I expressed my needs. Management response was to upgrade! To get a desk !

The room was clean and quiet. I felt safe and rested well. The bed was very comfortable

Great value in downtown Seattle!

The Hotel Theodore provided excellent accommodations and services for us. My daughter and I had an urgent service call to provide immediate application support at the Seattle Convention Center on the Easter weekend.

We chose Hotel Theodore because of its close proximity to the Convention Center and it is a boutique type hotel. It was an easy and fast walk to the Convention center.

We flew in and checked-in at 2AM and was taken care of by Alexia. She gave us thorough information about the hotel and dining suggestions in the city. The two rooms were well appointed and very clean. As a Diamond member, we were upgraded and there were 2 free waters.

There is a very convenient and fast breakfast cafe in the lobby for coffee, espresso, lattes, and pastries. You can use your Hilton Honors credit for that daily.

A special thank you to Manger Juan for taking care of our luggage, folio, late check out, and overall hospitality. He made us feel very comfortable at the hotel. My daughter and I could relax at the hotel after a very intense day at the Seattle Convention center.

Just a quick hotel room note that the same type lamp switch in my daughter’s room and my room were broken. Also, the do not disturb “No Thanks” door sign kept falling off the door.

Overall, an excellent stay with the hotel staff and accommodations.

The hotel’s architecture and location provided us with refined elegance, class, and convenience.

In the center of downtown. Close to all restaurants, attractions and markets. Close to LinkedIn rail and monorail

Perfect location! Great energy. Clean and great housekeeping services. Quiet room. Great coffee shop and restaurant! My only critique is very small rooms/bathroom for the standard room. Like so small it was difficult for my 6’2 husband to dry off from the shower in the bathroom and difficult for my 5’8” self to blow dry my hair in the tight space but overall a great experience and friendly staff

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very clean. The gym had everything we needed. The happy hour was also really nice and they had some local artists displaying their work where we could sit and chat and have a glass of wine. It was really great. The hotel is centrally located, making it perfect for us since we were walking everywhere.

We had a great room with a view. Bed was super comfy and comforter was snuggly. Bathroom was smaller than the photo but exceptionally well kept and clean. Would stay again!

Great stay. The room was clean upon arrival and close enough to walk down to Pikes and the Link. The coffee shop downstairs was a plus.

This feels fully like a boutique hotel. The decor and treatment captures a nice atmosphere. The rooms are smaller than a newer hotel, but again very tasteful and comfortable.
One note: you might ask for a room without a connecting room. The transmission of sound is more sensitive.

Great location with a fine boutique old town hotel feel but with comfy at home feel. My only regret was not getting a room with the double sink as our corner room had a small bathroom for two women with a lot of cosmetic items. Thankful for the coffee maker in the room and the quiet night sleep in comfortable beds. The reception staff were very nice and so helpful especially Courtney and Kristi.

Lovely historical hotel, well refurbished. Very friendly and cozy. The gathering spaces were abundant and inviting. Loved the coffee bar and the bar. All excellent choices. Like a neighborhood gathering place with class. Our rooms were well kept, well appointed and lovely. Two blocks from the light rail Westlake Station and two blocks from the Convention Center, near great restaurants, coffee houses, and attractions. Loved Hotel Theodore Seattle.
