It was lovely, and we'd happily stay again.
Pros:

For the price, the room was significantly more luxurious than we expected. Great location and easy parking.

Cons:

If I hadn't caught a significant overcharge at check-in, I would have been in the position of having to get a refund. Once brought to the hotel's attention at check-out, the staff quickly saw the error and corrected it. However, they couldn't explain why it happened. So, if booking through a third-party, just pay attention to your charges.

The best Hotel we have ever stayed in and we have traveled extensively.
Pros:

The first night was a small room but they upgraded us to a King Suite because we are returning customers. Both beds were very comfortable .

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. We have stayed there two times now and it is our favorite hotel and we will always use the Theodore. It is the perfect location, just up from Pike market and all of Down town! Plus the Rider has top notch food.

We picked this hotel for the location as we were going to events at both Climate Pledge and Lumen and the hotel was half
Pros:

The location was ideal for our needs. The atmosphere was charming. The staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Loved the robes.

Pros:

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. I left for sightseeing early everyday so I had breakfast at diff places.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small. They need to get better shower doors. The first time I got a showwr, there was water all over the floor. Yoi have to be very careful to keep the water in.

Theo welcomed us to Seattle and gave us a wonderful home base to experience this great city.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, old school vibe, love the flexibility of hang out areas. All in all we would look forward to staying there again

Pros:

The room was small but comfortable and had excellent views of the city. It was also incredibly close to Westlake Center, so I could hop on the light rail and the monorail very easily. Incredible location near Pike Place Market, very walkable area and felt very safe.

Cons:

the bathroom is EXTREMELY small and made configuring everything quite difficult. Also the shower didn't drain very well and almost overflowed a few times. I also wish that there was a store or a convenience area inside the hotel for water/etc. The closest convenience store/Walgreens is about a 10 minute walk away.
