The property is in a great location and the room was large and very comfortable. What makes this property stand out is the staff. We had an issue on our route to Paris and when we told them about it they were generally concerned and made us feel like we were home. They went way above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Louie and his staff are top notch

Very disappointing, ud expect a hotel to have a lobby but this one felt like a 2 starts hotel entrance. It’s alright overall but not what expected ..

The doors inside the rooms were unexpectedly in bad shape: difficult to close, with damages such as handles or frame. The contrast with the rest was surprising.

Breakfast was good, can’t beat the location! Beautiful hotel that is walking distance to most of the major attractions that you would want to see. Stayed with our family of 5 (3 kids 13 and under)

From the very first moment, the team made us feel genuinely welcome.
What impressed us the most was not that everything was perfect from the start, but the way every single request was handled. Any question or concern was addressed almost immediately, with professionalism, courtesy, and a sincere desire to help.
The hotel team went above and beyond to make our family comfortable. They kindly provided an additional room for our little daughter to rest before our flight, and they even covered the cost of our airport taxi. Such gestures are rare and show a true commitment to guest satisfaction.
The location is excellent, the atmosphere is elegant, and the staff truly care about their guests. That level of service is what makes a hotel memorable.
A special thank you to the entire team for their responsiveness, generosity, and outstanding hospitality. We would be delighted to stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

Great hotel in the perfect location ! Across from Tuileries Gardens, right near The Louvre, lotsa bars, restaurants and shops nearby and only a few stops on the metro to other major attractions...you can see the Eiffel Tower from The Tuileries ..lovely at night !
Hotel staff were brilliant and friendly...they arranged a lovely birthday surprise for our daughter in our room on arrival ...just perfect 😊...will definitely stay there again next time in Paris.

No bell man to help and the elevator is really small and the hotel always smell like eggs
