ottima anche la prima colazione
il personale e davvero molto gentile

in rapporto al prezzo migliorerei
-la pulizia delle camere -ci è stato per esempio offerto gentilmente un aperitivo di benvenuto i cui bicchieri e residui sono rimasti sul tavolo sino alla partenza
-generalmente i servizi e le camere andrebbero un poco' rimodernati'

Great hotel in brilliant location with wonderful staff
Pros:

Staff were fantastic, really welcoming and helpful, they left a lovely welcome gift basket in our room. The room was wonderful, large and kept very clean. The view was amazing and location excellent.

Hotel de charme idéalement placé et parfait un séjour de courte durée.
Pros:

Hotel de style vieux Paris, de taille humaine, idéalement situé au plein coeur du 1er arrondissement, face au jardin des Tuileries, à 2 pas du Louvre, de l'Opéra Garnier, de la placeVendôme et des galeries Lafayette. Très bien desservi par le métro et les bus. Le personnel est gentil. Notre junior suite était grande, spacieuse et bien équipée.

Cons:

La qualité de la literie ainsi que des oreillers laisse un peu à désirer. Le 3ème couchage peu confortable. La salle du petit déjeuner est assez petite ( 24 places) ce qui vous oblige à devoir attendre une table en cas de forte affluence ( ce qui a été notre cas). Buffet petit-déjeuner simple et classique mais fonctionnel.

Dejligt.
Pros:

Virkelig dejligt hotel med en spektakulær udsigt på 3.sal over Louvre, Louvre park, Eiffel tårnet osv. Dejligt værelse og venligt personale.

Cons:

Det eneste der har trukket ned for os var en ‘last minute’ hændelse. Vi havde bestilt kørsel fra hotellet til lufthavnen gennem hotellet til hjemrejsen. Hotellet havde givet os en fast pris hvilket vi havde accepteret. Men da vi når lufthavnen skal vi pludseligt betale mere og det udvikler sig ubehageligt. Vi endte desværre med at betale mere og få en dårlig oplevelse på et ellers dejligt ophold. Det trækker desværre ned i vores bog, da vi nu sidder og føler os ‘snydt’ af et hotel som ellers virkede til at være troværdigt og ordentligt.

The location and the staff!!

Staff!! Very professional and proactive yet friendly and well mannered

Cons:

We had two mornings g breakfast, the food was good but always flies were flying around the table and food. That was disgusting.
