Cleanliness
6.9
Mixed reports: several guests praised cleanliness, but multiple guests noted rooms weren’t clean on arrival and had to wipe down themselves; one reported lost personal pillows by housekeeping.
Service
9.2
Consistently strong: numerous compliments for staff (named staff like Darius, Mykaylah, Darien) describing them as helpful, kind, accommodating and professional, with only minor communication issues (airport shuttle notification).
Location
8.5
Frequent praise for location and convenience (good for events like car shows); several guests explicitly called it a great or convenient location.
Room Quality
7
Mixed: comfortable beds and cold AC noted, but multiple comments about dated rooms, shower head needing upgrade, and TV/usability issues.
Amenities
7.6
Solid amenities overall (pool, on-site bar and restaurant) and positive comments about breakfast at times, but operational gaps (no ice machines on some floors) and inconsistent expectations around included parking.
Value for Money
7.2
Generally seen as good value by several guests, but paying for parking in this area and expectations that parking should be included lowered perceived value for others.

Positive mentions of breakfast ('really great') and enjoyment of the bar/restaurant; some guests wished breakfast inclusion was clearer.
Overall Experience
8
Overall positive experience driven by excellent staff and convenient location; several guests said they'd stay again despite some cleanliness and facility issues.

The stay was ok. We were there to sleep and shower only
Pros:

Breakfast was really great

Cons:

It needs renovation (the rooms are dated) paying for parking in that area was unnecessary and for the nightly rate it should have been included.

Jacksonville trip
Pros:

From check-in to check-out everyone was so helpful and kind.

Cons:

Waiting to be picked up at airport. Apparently there was a traffic detour the van had to take. A text explaining would have been helpful.

I would try it again! It isn’t easy to get that “just right” bed these days!
Pros:

The beds were really comfortable with an array of different pillows. The linens were decent quality as well. The AC got nice and cold and the sleep was great!

Cons:

A guest several doors down decided to step just outside his door in the hallway and grab a quick smoke around 3 am. We probably wouldn’t have noticed if he didn’t start coughing loudly.
