To sum it all up is the staff, and even the guest were so polite so courteous so down to earth that I would love to come

The Staff was exceptional! Darius I hope I spelled his name correctly. But when he checked me and a few of my relatives in he place all of us on the same floor and explained everything to us all of the important info we needed to know. Very Professional and Tremendous Attitude! I would definitely stay again and again! Even the Guy who served us at restaurant/ Bar was very friendly and Professional didn't get his name Sorry but all of the Staff including the Housekeepers was very nice! Keep up the Good Work Crown Plaza!!!

The only negative thing was no Microwaves in rooms! U had to come down to Lobby to heat food...😔

Nice place to stay
Pros:

front deck Staff was very nice and pleasant. With a Happy attitude Customer service was really pleasant. Check in was really easy. The hotel is 5min away from the airport. local mall and restaurants are closes

Cons:

My breakfast I order was not what I expect in the size of the steak, steak was not cooked well. Parking is $10.00 a day

BREAKFAST WAS UP AND ABOVE THE NORMAL CONTINENTAL TYPE BREAKFAST WITH FRIENDLY STAFF AND VERY GOOD FOOD. BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE

I BELIEVE THE SNACK AREA NEEDS TO BE OBSERVED AND CLEANED OFTEN BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST SLOBS. MY HUSBAND EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER SOME PEOPLE WHO USED THE MICRO-WAVE AND LEFT A MESS EVERYWHERE.
