Pros:

Definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. One word review - AVOID!

I had a week's stay here. The rooms are the worst part here. The bed was not comfortable and the AC! The AC does not offer cooling as expected. Takes ages to cool and approx. 300 sq.ft. room. Which is laughable and frustrating. We even changed rooms but the same thing. The maintenance guy said the AC functions similarly across all rooms. Had to complaint everyday about it.

They have separated the bath and toilet making both units too small to utilize. The washroom is badly designed. There are no hooks to keep your clothes. They also don't provide a hand towel separately. You have to ask for it.

All the carpets either in rooms or in the passage are all quite dirty. Room cleaning was done regularly which was a good part.

They do not understand the meaning of Do No Disturb. If you turn on DND, they will call you on your mobile asking for room cleaning.

Food is average but had good varieties. Had better in 3-star hotels.

Avoid booking a room here even if you are getting discounts from aggregators.

Pros:

IRD was v good. Over all run down property. Reception and check in was not efficient at all.

A compromised stay
Pros:

Well designed and not maintained rooms. IRD is at its worse. Quality and service of IRD is of v low level.
