I liked how when initially speaking with staff of the property they seemed nice and respectful.

Cons:

I dislike that the property was portrayed as being “exclusive” and nice ; however , it wasn’t how it was portrayed once I actually got there.

Terrible and should be removed from booking.com
Pros:

I have no good things to say about this hotel. It does not even appear to meet building codes. Do not stay here. I'm only still writing to meet the minimum word count

Cons:

Dirty, there is no shuttle, overpriced, no service, awful location, things are falling apart (including electronics), trash around the hotel and in the lobby, and also they've hidden the elevator safety certificate so it's also probably not up to code.

Worst hotel experience in my life!
Pros:

This hotel is DISGUSTING! The room was filthy, the shower was moldy. The ceiling in my bathroom was literally duct taped up. There were questionable stains all over the walls. No working vending machine or ice maker. No working elevator. DO NOT STAY HERE!

That hotel should be out of business
Pros:

I don’t like anything about this hotel it’s nasty one of the rooms Smokey with holes on the sheet the next room had roaches worst place ever the front desk guy said we would get a refund because we didn’t stay but they lied it’s like hell trying to get my money back my family and I had to book a whole new hotel

good service but ugly old rooms
Pros:

staff were pretty nice and checking in and out was easy and smooth

Cons:

the hotel is externally unappealing and outdated inside and in the rooms. didn’t encounter bugs like i read, but it is really beat up in the rooms. bed was a little hard but not as bad as i expected. pillowcases were on provided on the pillows and the bathrooms are closet sized

la habitacion en mal estado todo el techo tenia humedad y goteras el jabon y shampoo de muy mala calidad y por el precio que oague pense que era algo mejor la verdad no recomiendo para nada es hotel pesimas condiciones
