Location was handy for us with decent eateries close by. I really likes all your staff. Very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

We stayed in room 427 and I must admit, it has the worst view I have ever seen. Quite disappointing actually. Although there was plenty of food out at breakfast, it was generally cold or barely warm.

Pros:

Camera pulita ma il corridoio puzzava troppo.
Colazione quasi esclusivamente cinese... staff gentile ma difficile dialogare con loro perché non parlano inglese. Metro abbastanza vicina, 7/8 minuti a piedi

I will never recommend anyone to stay at Holiday Inn Express Gubei, Shanghai.
Pros:

I didn't like anything.

Cons:

The room was very small and just like a Bird Nest. The Air Conditioner was leaking and there was water on all over the floor. There was no place to keep my luggage. There is no wardrobe in the room. The electric kettle has no place near power outlet so i had to keep the kettle on my bedside table. My luggage also got wet by the AC leaking. The AC has also some problem because I was very well at night and when I got up in the morning i had a severe allergy and my nose is still running. Bathroom and toilet were too small and with very low water pressure. The restaurant and laundry room is in basement and they basement smells and full of humidity. You can't breath there. When you checkin, the reception staff just handover you a toothbrush and a small toothpaste as the guest is a prisoner and has checkedin in the prison.
