Mala experiencia por cobro adicional
Pros:

Me cobraron el total de la estadía, aunque ya la había pagado por hoteles.com
Van 17 días y no me han reembolsado, en realidad es una pésima experiencia.

El hotel en general está bien, switches de luces electrónicos y smart tv.
El aire acondicionado no funciona.
No hay un estándar en las amenidades, a veces hay agua de cortesía o pañuelos desechables, otras no.

Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr hifsbereit und kompetent. Wir konnten ohne Probleme bis abends in den Zimmern bleiben, weil der Flug erst mittten in der Nacht abging. Sehr sauberes Hotel (Bj 2019). Hoher Standard, obwohl das Hotel vergleichsweise wenige Zimmer hat. Gute Lage, auch zur Teleferica und zum Restaurant-Viertel.
