Comodidad y desayuno
Porque hoy cobran parking
早餐不错，食材新鲜，咖啡机现蘑咖啡香，自动pancake也好玩，
前台服务员人手不够，一个人太忙，所以有点敷衍了事，态度也差一点
The location and breakfast options.
The bed sheets were stained with fresh big brown spot and clearly can tell it had been slept in so sheets were never changed, bed was just made. There was a very sticky substance all over the bathroom floor. The room smelled like it was drenched with febreeze spray. It took housekeeping about an hour and a half to change my bedding BUT only changed top sheet not pillow cases or the duvet. I felt so dirty but tried to sleep as best as I can, was horrible. Did not take a shower because at that point I didn’t believe the maids did any disinfecting or cleaning for that matter. I brought it to the manager’s attention the next morning but just got a sorry pretty much and a free water, can of soda and bag of chips lmfao! NEVER EVER WILL I STAY HERE AGAIN! WHAT A WASTE OF MY LONEY!!!!!!
Basic hotel
Parking lot or area made it feel a little sketchy, also there was towels on the floor in the lobby wasn’t sure if there was a water leak or a better system to clean up around the pool
Variety of the breakfast was small, but got the job done.
Breakfast variety
Breakfast was good, nothing to write home about. Overall the property was at a great location (very close to the airport). It's an office/industrial type area so not much walkability but has a transit stop right in front so it helps.
Cleanliness and overall management of the property left much to be desired. Some of the guests were staying at other hotels in the same area and theirs were so much better than this one. It was ok but you can't go wrong with the value for money.
Helpful staff, clean facility, airport shuttle
Clean
The staff disnt smile to his guest
The location and room size
My check in was delayed at 11:30pm because the front desk member told me “booking.com did not pay them”. He got on the phone with a manager and then put his hand up to my face to silence me. I also believe I saw a cockroach on the 5th floor!
Staff was really friendly. Hotel lobby was nice rooms were spacious and decent
The rooms need to be deep cleaned more often. Lots of old dust in corners floors looked like they were not mopped
The breakfast was awesome
