Decent stay, good value
Pros:

The security measures, the room, the convenience, and the staff

Cons:

The mix-up which lead to complete strangers walking into our room. I understand it happens, but a family man walked in to be face to face with my young daughter.

Pros:

Starbucks in lobby. Not much else. Would not recommend.

Cons:

Because of our travel plans, we arrived before check-in time. The room was not ready -- not their fault. But they knew we were waiting in the lobby (2+ hours) and were not able to get the room ready by check-in time. They eventually upgraded us (about 30 mins past check-in time); the new rooms were large, but dingy. Cleaning had not been thorough.

Pros:

I liked starbucks down stairs and the fair that was being held while we were there.

Cons:

The room didn't match the photo, I was given an non renovated room. When I asked they said it was because I used booking.com. Although the photos from booking.com were of a renovated room with a nice bed and fluffy blankets. The bed was a Murphy bed (folds into the wall) and the pillows and blanket were flat. A small corner shower, no tub. The room had an old weird smell to it. The room was very small also and had a very small TV.

Not enough good to go back.
Pros:

Parking is secured. Good gym and Starbucks downstairs.

Cons:

The homeless population actively using outside, the staff came off as arrogant and vague on details of the stay. Starbucks card could only be used to order ahead with people who are on something actively talking to themselves in the restaurant. The class of Hot Tub turning out to be a Whirlpool instead and actively being able to hear neighbours through the walls.
