Rude customer service.
Pros:

Rude customer service by a gentleman . There were no water bottles in the room. Asked for a water bottle as we checked in so we had no water available with us. Advised we only offer 2 water bottles. We can’t provide more and started arguing. I felt really embarrassed at the same time. Won’t be going back there ever again and would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Nice hotel close to Via Rail Station
Pros:

Its my second time in this hotel and I love it. rooms are big, everything is clean and staff super friendly, also is very nearly to the via rail station so you even can walk 10 minutes and you are in the station! totally recomended if you are in Prince George.

Not worth the cost
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent.

Cons:

The room was run down and dated. Peeling wallpaper, chipped bathroom counter, yellowed plastics in the jacuzzi tub. The bed was hard as a rock, the whole room had a musty smell and the room was not well cleaned. Given how much we paid and that it was put forth as a luxury room I found it unacceptable.

Love the area, parking etc. I've stayed many times here and love it. Starbucks downstairs is a bonus
