Friendly staff that would have offered a free upgrade if I had asked earlier and hadn't already used my room resulting in a cleaning fee. I was fine to pay the cleaning fee for the upgrade.

Cons:

How many god damn emails I received between booking.com and Ramada. I honest to god received at least 15-20 emails about my 1 night stay. These involved "checking in online" before my stay, which I find to be completely out of line. This is not an airport. You have my credit card, you can still charge me if I don't show up. Then the review requests came in. My god. I DON'T HAVE TIME TO DO EVERYONE'S REVIEWS!! I am still, one month later, getting emails about this stay. I am so annoyed I finally caved and did this review just to get you guys off my backs!!

Great staff, great breakfast, great location, 10/10
Pros:

Very clean and up-kept. Hotel is near many nice restaurants and facilities within walking distance. Great breakfast, and room was very nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The pillows weren’t too comfy/were firm but honestly that was the only thing I didn’t like.
