Pros:

The location is very good, close to the shops and the subway stations needed. The staff were very polite and helped us when we asked for something. The room has everything someone needs and a nice view to the river, just wish it was a little more spacey because it was hard to move around with the suitcases open. They also kept our luggage the last day after we checked out, until the afternoon which was very helpful for us to enjoy our last day until our flight.

Cons:

The room could be a little bit bigger and have a stand to both sides of the bed, and could use some more light.

Très bon séjour à Tokyo dans un quartier animé et proche du métro. Inès pour le retour vers aéroport !
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé et propose un restaurant Italie (faisant aussi le petit dej de l’hôtel) très bon. Penser à réserver c’est vite complet. Si vous avez un coupe ongle ou besoin d’un fer à repasser l’hôtel propose ce type d’appareils en prêt. Chambre confortable, calme et propre.

Peut être la taille de la chambre qui est un standard au Japon

Pros:

Chambre toute petite mais très confortable. Très calme, personnel très gentil et surtout, nous sommes à quelques pas de plusieurs stations de métro.

Cons:

Ne pas pouvoir y rester plus longtemps ;)

Disappointing compared to other Resol hotels
Pros:

Convenient location and cozy rooms with a decent size bathroom which is hard to come by in these hotels in Tokyo.

Cons:

If you have more than 2 carry ons you will struggle for space hard. You can use the space under the bed but there is generally no space to put stuff.

Breakfast bufet is operated by a restaurant Chianti Due which surprisingly has quite a high rating on maps but it was extremely underwhelming compared to another Resol hotel we stayed at during our trip. It literally feels like you’re eating leftovers from last night’s dinner. Vegetables is wilted and mushy, pastries almost rock hard. And the kitchen has a weird smell and everything around the food is a little sticky. Skip the breakfast option for sure, it’s not worth paying even 5 dollars for it, let alone 15. You’re better of running to a nearby Family Mart.
