Heel fijn hotel op een hele fijne locatie in Tokyo
Pros:

Hotel zat op een superplek, personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, de kamer was helemaal in orde met elke dag nieuwe handdoeken en flesjes water.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, sehr nah zum Bahnhof Akihabara. Die Rezeption bietet an Amenities, was man sich nur denken kann, alles da. In den oberen Stockwerken tolle Aussicht.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist enttäuschend. Schon in der Früh so gut wie leere Obstbehälter, die auch nur auf Aufforderung langsam gefüllt wurden. Sehr wenig Auswahl, keinerlei asiatische Sachen, italienisch ausgerichtet. Personal im Frühstücksraum wirkt lustlos und desinteressiert. Die Zimmer sind wirklich winzig klein. Die Nähe zur sehr befahrenen Bahnlinie macht es laut.

Nos faltó el dinero del cuarto.

Desapareció de nuestro cuarto un sobre de mi hija con algo mas de USD 1.000 que estaba en una maleta abierta. El cuarto no cuenta con caja de seguridad y las únicas personas que entraron a nuestro cuarto además de mi hija y yo, fueron personas del hotel. Advertimos la falta al momento de empacar para el check out. Revisamos todas nuestras maletas dos veces, una vez por nuestra cuenta y otra con personal del hotel. Vino la policía y tomo la denuncia, muy difícil la comunicación. Evidentemente no va a haber una investigación sería que la policia pueda hacer ya que si alguien simplemente tomo el sobre no hay forma de probarlo. Era todo el dinero de mi hija para su viaje. Perdimos nuestro último día en Tokio con este asunto. Es muy desagradable que el hotel no haya tenido la consideración de ofrecer mínimamente un reembolso parcial de lo pagado por el hospedaje a modo de reconocimiento por los daños sufridos.
