Si lo eliges no te equivocaras.
Pros:

El hotel es una pasada.
Un hotel que está situado en el lugar perfecto, justo enfrente de la Ría y en el casco antiguo de Bilbao. La fachada del hotel está totalmente integrada en el lugar donde se encuentra, pero el interior es sorprendente, actual, moderno con un toque que le dan las vidrieras interiores que te recuerdan donde estás, restaurante top, habitantes cómodas, amplias bien equipadas, en definitiva todo perfecto. Y el personal es muy agradable, profesional y atentos. Nos obsequiaron con una consumición en el restaurante y nos mejoraron las vistas de la habitación. También valoramos mucho tener aparcamiento.
Recomendable 100%.

The place to stay in Bilbao!
Pros:

Everything was perfect: everyone was so kind and professionale, friendly and helpful. We received some highly appreciated welcome gifts (some sweets, a drink&pintxo at the bar). The room was big enough, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The location is wonderful: at the gates of the Old Town, sourrounded by tens of bars and restaurants with an amazing offer of food and drinks.

La ubicación, y el trato

Cons:

No me gustó que el sábado salimos del hotel a las 9:00, llegamos a las 14:00 y aún no habían hecho la habitación, nos dijeron que daban prioridad a los que se iban… total que nos quedamos sin la habitación hecha! Ya que pago un dinero me gusta tener un buen servicio y no fue el caso en ese tema
