Struttura accogliente e in posizione molto comoda
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda, vicino al tram che collega i punti principali della città. Struttura molto bella e curata. Pulizia molto buona e personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza. Visto che partivamo presto e la sala colazioni era ancora chiusa, ci hanno preparato due "bag" con la colazione, sia dolce che salata, da portare via. Struttura consigliata per un soggiorno a Bilbao.

Cons:

Unico punto che migliorerei è l'orario della colazione. Infatti è possibile solo a partire dalle 7.30 e per due volte abbiamo dovuto rinunciare perchè una volta avevamo la partenza per la gita molto presto e l’altra il rientro previsto nelle prime ore del mattino. La disponibilità almeno a partire dalle 7.00 sarebbe auspicabile per un 4 stelle.

Cool, classy, friendly upmarket hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The lady who checked us in was great (sorry didn’t catch her name). Really friendly and helpful which was a breath of fresh air compared to the last hotel we’d stayed at. Location was great, right next to old town. The hotel was cool a mix of industrial and traditional decor. They also threw in a couple of drinks and a snack at the bar which was a great touch.

Bon hotel urbain, parking peu avenant
Pros:

Hotel urbain moderne, propre, fonctionnel. Proximité directe du "Vieux Bilbao" (très touristique) et de la cathedrale. Vue sur le fleuve pour certaines chambres.

Cons:

L'accés en voiture est très difficile, Bilbao est un labyrinthe de sens uniques. Le parking de l'hotel est situé de l'autre côté du pont, ce n'est pas bien loin, mais l'accès est difficile avec une grosse voiture. Les abords du parking sont squatés par des clochards, et les odeurs sont à l'avenant.
