Pros:

Modern boutique hotel - comfy room - friendly very helpful staff - loading, unloading and parking are a bit tricky given the hotel's location in the city near old town - staff was very helpful with all this making it pretty easy. Great breakfast.

Would definitely rebook again but with internal room to ensure an undisturbed sleep

Beautiful building, great location, friendly staff with attention to detail.
Incredibly comfortable beds with quality shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser.
Wonderfully supportive pillows and great quality bedding.
Video providing directions to parking well thought out.

Cons:

We got awarded a free upgrade but unfortunately this meant my room changed from internal which I’d intentionally chose to be quiet to street facing which was rather noisy. For those who sleep deeply I’m sure this would be no issue but outdoor noise continually woke me.
No minibar was a drawback. Also nice to have slippers and robes.

Convenient boutique style hotel.
Pros:

Very convenient in old town yet quiet. Novel interior with exposed brick work. Nice toiletries, tea and coffee machine.

Cons:

It’s a little on the dark side inside. My room had a narrow balcony so was quite dark.
