Un gustazo alojarse

Lo que mas me gustó fue el trato del personal. Ya habia visto comentarios hablando sobre los empleados, peeo es que es una maravilla la amabilidad y simpatía de todo el personal.
La ubicación es perfecta ya que se encuentra en el centro y las habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias

Grazie mille a Goizalde che dal momento del check in ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, receptionisti così sono un valore aggiunto per qualunque hotel. Ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per trascorrere le nostre giornate nel miglior modo possibile.

Pros:

La ubicación perfecta. En pleno casco viejo y al lado del Río. El detalle de bienvenida con copa de cava. El detalle de una bebida y una Gilda en el restaurante de Martín Berasategui. Y el detalle de bebida gratis a nuestra disposición en el mini bar. Y el trato fantástico de los recepcionistas. A nuestro servicio en todo momento para aconsejarnos .

Cons:

Tuvieron un problema con la limpieza de la habitación y cuando llegamos después de comer aún no estaba hecha. La hicieron después por la tarde y cuando volvimos todo estaba en orden.
