מקום איכותי בתמחור הוגן ביותר
Pros:

מלון ברמת שירות ומתקנים גבוהה, במחיר הוגן מאד. הצוות היה זמין ונעים, נאות לבקשות וגם שודרגנו בהפתעה ללא תוספת :)
החדרים מעוצבים מאד ומרווחים, הרחוב הפך שקט בסופ"ש והמיקום שלו מצויין, וכבונוס יש עליית גג נחמדה עם קצת צ'ופרים. היינו כאן לפני כמה שנים וחזרנו שוב, ונשקול בחום לחזור פעם שלישית.

אהבנו את הגודל של החדר והמרפסת ואת הנציגת קבלה .

Cons:

החדר חשוך מאוד אין מספיק תאורה , המרפסת הייתה מלוכלכת ומאוד מאוד ישנה , האור במקלחת לא מספיק חזק .
הדלתות לא אטומות כמעט בכלל שמענו פשוט כל רעש גם מבחוץ וגם מהמסדרון לא נרדמנו דקה .

מקום מיוחד, נקי, מרווח ומפנק. חוויה ביתית במלון בוטיק, וזה בעיקר בזכות הצוות שהיה כולו אנשים מקסימים, אדיבים ונדיבים. המיקום מרכזי ומעולה. נחזור בשמחה.

Pros:

The hotel is clean, modern, and perfectly located just two blocks from the beach, close to Carmel Market, restaurants, and cafes. The staff were incredibly nice, responsive, and helpful during check-in. I loved the spacious, modern bathroom and the amazing shared terrace, which had a small gym and served as a great workspace. Additionally, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the windows provided excellent sound isolation from the street noise when closed.

Cons:

At only around 12 square meters, the bedroom was far too small and uncomfortable for a week-long stay, lacking a desk, a sofa, or proper closet space for clothes. Because of this, the €190 nightly rate felt overpriced compared to larger, quieter Airbnbs nearby. Outside, the street is undergoing major, unpleasant construction, and the ground-floor bar is quite loud if you leave the windows open.

כל אלנבי שיפוצים ממש לא נעים.

המלון לא מתוחזק - שמשיות קרועות, מתקנים נטושים, הכל אבק וחסר אווירה.
ממש לא שנראה בבוקינג.
שידרגו לנו את החדר, אבל בתכלס קיבלנו מרפסת פיצית ריבוע קטן עם מרזב מטפטף בגב.
מכונת הקפה מלאה באבנית ומלוכלכלת.

לצערי לא היה לי נעים. המקום לא מתוחזק.
