Hotel Neha Palace

The dinner here was excellent far the best dinner we had in andaman the helper mithun was very kind and helpful. They are probably a small restaurant when compared to some fishes out there but no one has been able to match their food taste. Thanks to Mithun again. And also we saw the saturn and some galaxy through telescope that was a good experience as well

Good property with Good service, Hospitality.. Easy access to port Neil, BHARATHPUR BEACH, LAKSHMANPUR BEACH, NATURAL BRIDGE the CORAL CURVE.
But there is electricity problem in the island . hence always a power break managed by the lodge with generator..
Mostly in the evening there are insect nuisance in the rooms. Most of the power points are not working. No SIM works. Even WIFI not working in the rooms.
Toilet Flush not working.. No Coffee maker in the room. No hot water making kettle in the rooms .
Food is good.
However can stay for a night .

The Neha Palace is well maintained and hygiene.
Staff is really good and cooperative
The dinner date arranged by restaurant staff is really awesome and appreciative.

The worst and con hotel you ll ever see.
My vessel git cancelled due to cyclone mocha when I called hotel they told they ll refund.
When i contacted through my travel agent they refused to give refund.
How double standards can people have

From the entrance to your stay, you'll find all GREENS here. Front office behavior, smooth check in, prompt room service will amaze you. If you reach top floor for your Restaurant, experience aerial view of the Greens. Will definitely come back here again with my family and definitely recommend my near and dear ones. Keep up your Good works Team NEHA PALACE....

Luah green property for your stay in the Neil Island. Wifi and tv was not working. No toiltries provided. Food was below average at nominal cost.

It's like a hell they don't even give complimentry breakfast.

I haven't tried their food. So no comments about the food in the hotel restaurant.

This is a relatively new hotel at the Neil Island. A distance away from the pier, this hotel is nestled amidst a patch of beautiful palm & coconut groves. The hotel also has a beautiful garden and most rooms in the main building have a garden view. Our room was large and airy. Furniture was minimal and the linen fresh. The bathroom was also exceptionally large. Our room faced the garden below and the verandah in front of the room accorded a view into palm groves and a nearby waterbody. Thankfully, this property has no building flanking it, and this is what lends this place so much natural beauty of the encompassing greens. The dining room on the top floor is beautiful with great views. Food is homely and nice. The staff and the lady at the reception is also helpful and courteous. The property is not a great looker from front, but it is a comfortable stay. Neil Island is one of the most gorgeous islands in Andamans and even though this hotel does not have a view of the sea, it was a good stay for a night. Hope they continue with their good service...

We were on the 10 days trip to Andamans and this was the worst hotel in whole trip. Our room was very smelly. It was like sewerage pipes are leaking somewhere. They changed room next day after a little argument. Every hotel gives one water bottle free but they had kept Bisleri bottle filled with tap water in our room. First we thought bottle is duplicate but then they told us that water is not free and you have to purchase it separately. One water bottle does matter if its price is 30-40/- everywhere.
They didn't have any good cook in restaurant because it was worst food we ever ate. All restaurants are far away from Neha Palace and we had to eat Chips and biscuits for dinner.
Please avoid it even if its free. I still don't know why we selected this hotel even after reading bad reviews about it earlier.

I have stayed in this hotel at Neil island with my family. It has clean, spacious,nicely decorated and well maintained rooms. The staff although few in number are friendly and helpful.The location of the is slightly remote from the beach is far away and not much restaurants or shops could be found near it. Food quality is good and homely.
Last but not the least this hotel has very beautiful and well maintained garden.

I stayed for one day on 26th march 2018. Rooms were clean and neat. very spacious rooms. It can challenge any 3 star hotel. good ambiance and good garden view. service is good n staff are decent and friendly. They are charging rs1500 for non AC and rs3000 for AC rooms. value for money. comfortable stay. all rooms are same. u can choose any one.

I stayed at this property on November 17th 2017 and it surpassed all my expectations. I thought of this place to be a budget hotel with minimal facilities. But this place is having the classiest and neatest rooms which can challenge any 3 star hotel.

Best quality interiors and furniture alongwith a great focus on hygiene in the room and excellent service from everyone in the hotel. The owner of the hotel personally met us to ask if we were comfortable and ensured we had a lovely stay. The garden overlooking our room was lovely and most of the beaches are equidistant from this hotel.

For dinner we ordered a Prawn Masala alongwith other dishes but must make a special mention about the prawn which was heavenly. Never had a better cooked prawn in my life. Could not have asked for a better hotel at my tight budget.

Stayed at this property for one night with family and 2 kids. Booking to check in and check out was totally hassle free. Rooms are big and well furnished. The garden in front of the hotel is a pleasure for eyes.Will stay again here if visited Neil again.

Very good place to stay in Neil Island. Location is pretty good. Rooms are well maintained n clean. Food is very homely n they are specialist in Bengali cuisine. Surrounding atomsphere is very calm n fresh. Overall very nice n memorable stay.
