Nothing to like about this property

Cons:

Worst experience ever. After driving 10 hours we checked in and after midnight someone was trying to break in the room. Front desk gave the same room to another customer. Sheets has stain on them. Definitely not a place to stay

Pros:

Loved the Breakfast at the onsite Restaurant. Also, loved that the Restaurant was opened late. The hotel was also convenient to multiple shopping areas.

Cons:

Le personnel parle comme des robots. Aucune humanité. L’hôtel doit donner plus de latitude au personnel qui leur permettra de mieux agir sur les problèmes des clients. J’étais choqué par le traitement que j’ai eu. Je fréquentais cette institution depuis 30 ans. Maintenant je mis un X sur toute la chaîne après cet épisode.
