Kahvaltı çok kötü. Kahve ve çay berbat. Çalışanlar biten bardakları yenilemiyorlar. Yemek kalitesi berbat. Sadece kumarhanesi var diye olan bir otel. Bunun yanında odaların içi çok güzel. Ama koridor eski.

Pros:

Rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen beklemek zorunda kaldık. Rezervasyonu teyit etmeleri gerekiyormuş. Her gün 0,3 su bırakılıyor. Her gün ikaz etmek gerekiyor. Otelde havuz soğuktu. Sauna, buhar odası ve Türk hamamı iyiydi. Üç gün kaldık ama yöresel yemek hiç çıkmadı. Ama yemekler yine de iyiydi. Giriş holü küçük ve sosyal imkanlar sınırlıydı. Odalar genel olarak iyiydi.

Kış ortası odayi karınca ve böcekler basmış, önceki misafirlerin tuvaletteki çöpleri bosaltilmamis, kasa arızalı, spa var bornoz yok, spa hizmeti yerlerde, TV kanalları çok az ve görüntü kalitesi çok zayıf, yağmurdan dolayı boru patladığı için sular kesildi yarım gün, odada ki supurgelikler hep çürümüş su çektiğinden dolayı, casino inanılmaz havasız ve dumanlı.
Tek olumlu deneyim Ocakbasi restoran - her yemek çok lezzetli.
