Pros:

Great view, breakfast and clean rooms. Staff was great and friendly, the location is convenient to the Beach and any other sightseeing you want to do.

Cons:

The mattresses needs an upgrade. Better pillows.

I included pics of our. “gulf view” window that couldn’t be seen thru or the hair in the tub.

Place should be cleared and built new Itwasthe worst motel I ever stayed except for one. The last person it appears gave their dog a bath and no one cleaned the tub. It appears the owners are spending Zero dollars on restoring the property.

First time in Pensocola, and the Quality Inn stay made it very nice.
Pros:

Location was perfect, there were enough stores in walking distance. The view by the ocean was beautiful. Able to see the sunset.

Cons:

The furniture on the beach needs replaced, and create a better path to get to the beach.

Horrible stay

My room had electrical cords strung everywhere, paint on windows and patio doors it looked like someone just speckled the windows and doors with paint splatters. The furniture in the room was scratched to no end, and when we pulled the curtain to look it was mold on the ceiling. We were unable to get any clean towels for the week we stayed. Breakfast was horrible. My biscuits were not hot or warm was like they had came straight from the freezer to serving tray. The floors was dirty and didn't match, even the lock on our main door was messed up.

I never leave reviews. I’ve been looking forward to this.

Started out great, me and my family booked a suite my sister did as well. After 3 days came back from a fishing trip to something that looked like a movie, a "Mardi gras themed adult fraturnity" rented out almost a whole side of the hotel along with some of the suites, right in the middle of where we were staying. I have a 8 and 2 year old. With around 50-60 men and women aged 30-60 with the intention of partying all week. Blocking the walkways being extremely loud and drinking. We went to the front desk and learned the hotel was supposed to call us and ask if we wanted to move ahead of time because of it, they never did. So after saving and planning for months, we had to DOWNGRADE rooms and move right in the middle of them coming in to get as far away as possible from them. At one point we could not park, we had to park in front of the restaurant at the hotel cause there was no parking at all. All of them wearing literally jingle bells on there legs and arms waking everyone up in the morning and keeping everyone up at night. Was the worst vacation we've ever had. The lack of respect they all had for everyone else at the hotel and the hotel allowing it to happen ruined our vacation. I couldn't upload the video of the people in bells to show how loud it was I tried. We had been here before, we will never come back again. Spend the extra money, get you a nice condo or a nicer hotel, don't waste your money on this place.

Staying at the Quality Inn was a bargain for the price we paid.
Pros:

The breakfast was tasty and delicious! The pool was large and clean. The view from the beachy area and outdoor dining area was phenomenal! There was quick access to shopping and beaches. There were plenty of charging ports for your devices.

Cons:

The mattresses could have been softer. The television could be updated, it only had 20 channels. The lighting under the stairwell in the hallway needs to be improved. The pool needs underwater lighting for safety when swimming after dark.

The worst place I have ever stayed. Booking.com, do better!

First of all, we had to change rooms 3 times due to the feces all over the bathroom! Also you guys ripped us off! I literally became cancer free 2.5 weeks ago! The chances of it coming back is 4/7. Even though I did not bring up the fact that for the first time in 2 years I can say Im cancer free, this was my daughter’s high school graduation trip. Due to medical bills my brother paid for this trip. $600 for 3 night booking through y’all. I find it odd that while I was switching rooms for the 3rd time, I overheard the front desk collecting $69 for a walk in! So not only was the picture extremely misleading but we were charged more the double for the walk in? AND had literal poop on the bathroom walls. I have pictures and videos. This place was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend putting a homeless man in it. You ruined my last trip with my daughter before she moved for college, in a few weeks. I am leaving sick now and going back to UAB., due to my weakened immune system! I pray y’all nasty rooms aren’t going to cause me to be admitted again. There was no reason for this. Booking.com you owe us a trip! This was wrong on so many levels!

Great location, they could do better with room maintenance.

Location. Price. Very comfortable bed. Clean room.

Cons:

Freezer in the refrigerator was so iced up the door wouldn’t close, so we had to change rooms.
Next room had a minor issue with the tub drain.
Frustrating after a long drive.
