The view of the sunset. So close to the water the kids could play all night. The food is so good. Staff so friendly. The room could use an upgrade but it was clean and equipped. A great hideaway from the normal beach traffic. We love it here.

I paid to be in the pool and pool was closed
I love the customer service. Reception, to the housekeeping were always so helpful and friendly.
My bathtub was slow draining. The pool closed early and they did not open it on our last day.

It looks like the beach area could be cleaned up a lot. In general, the outside of the building could be cleaned up all interior spots. Excellent

The front desk clerk was not friendly. The premises was very dirty and unsafe feeling. Along with the inside.. it was dirty and smelly. And when talking to the front desk clerk, she had her friend there with her, which is why I think she was being such a smart Alec.

Location was great, beautiful views
The hotel is run down, and it needs a complete renovation. Our first room was filthy. It had stains on the bed, and everything was dirty and grimy. When we went back to tell the clerk we couldn't stay here, she moved us to a different room which was better, as far as cleanliness goes, however we got down graded to two double beds because thats all she had available instead of a king. My husband is tall and doesn't fit on a double bed, so we had to sleep in separate beds. The new room did have a water view so that was the only plus. I also got bit through the night by either a bug or spider, which landed me at urgent care on our vacation. All in all was the worst decision we made to stay there.
