Will not be a returning.
Pros:

Location was great. Guest services upfront dest was perfect but housekeeping was a little aggressive and rude.

Cons:

Air conditioner was awful. Couldn't get the room to cool down pass 74°. Asked for fan and housekeeping was rude. Halls had chicken bone pieces throughout hallways. Along with heavily stained. Pass a certain spot 2 days in the roll that wasn't vacuum. Back door entrances door #4 and door #5 was so dirty and gross. Glass was soiled, walls cracking and dirt built up in corners and water dripping from leaking (5).

Plenty of better options than this property

Cons:

When I checked in, the room wasn’t fully cleaned. No towels, dirty bathroom and it hadn’t been vacuumed. They asked me to leave for it bit so they could finish cleaning. Never happened. Had to ask the front desk for towel FOUR times. We never even got any until day two. Also reached out to booking.com for help and none was provided. A very disappointing experience.

Bad experience
Pros:

0 >> Stayed 3 nights for work and did not request housekeeping or any services. On the third day, I requested bottled water and was told it is only provided as a “welcome drink” upon arrival and that I should come downstairs to purchase it. Bottled water is a basic necessity, not a welcome drink. This response was disappointing and not up to Hilton standards.

Dirty thin mattress and No bed linen for sofa bed in tge room.
When we asked for one. the lady in the front desk was so rude. We had to wait 2 hours till 1 am we told her that we have kids we want to sleep she was very annoyed. After a long wait My husband had to go to request it again in person and waiit for anothe 30 minutes so she sent someone to get it.
