It is meh. Only reason to stay here is the location
Pros:

There was nothing I really liked.

Cons:

The property was tired. The lobby was large but sparse and needed decor. The room was dark.

Comfortable convenient stay, great location.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable stay.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't that great. Scrambled eggs overcooked and not replenished, had to wait a little while for new tray of eggs. Also, sliced fruit(pineapple and strawberries) not ripe.

Cons:

Checked into a room that didn’t have working AC- in June in Georgia. Attempted to call the front desk multiple times with no answer. Was able to switch rooms but ended up being even worse. New room smelled like someone had smoked in it for 6 months straight. Left feeling sick from the smell

Hermoso hotel
Pros:

Encontrar personal que hable español, (en la conserjeria y en el bar) y quien no lo hablaba poner empeño en comunicarse, y solucionar un inconveniente. Muy atentos todos

My husband and I really like the resort, that was our 2nd time and we're coming back 4/17.
Pros:

The location of the room and it was very quiet.

Cons:

The toilet wouldn't flush on my first night and I called the FD around 9:45 not only the person placed me on hold for a long time and he told me that he was not able to do anything except given me a plunger to take care of the toilet myself. I told him this was not my home and what made him think that I would do that? 10 minutes later someone knocked at the door and he was very rude saying he got called from home to take care of this, I apologized to him and the same thing happened on the 2nd night, I had no choice but to called again but I was very uncomfortable listening to someone complaining about his job as guest.
