Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, right off the freeway, safe and convenient.
Pros:

Hotel was clean, room was clean, breakfast was good. Like that there are coffee and tea available by front desk.

Cons:

Our shower leaked after each shower because it was a sliding door. Just had to use a lot of towel to clean up the water on the floor.

Hampton Inn have a peaceful stay!
Pros:

Clean. I loved the aroma of the atmosphere. And the breakfast was great! The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel is a fabulous new addition.

The breakfast was a typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Not that great and not as many selections as in other hotels.

Cons:

Upon our arrival, the key card machine was broken and we had to be let into our room by the manager on duty.
Over the two days we were there, our key cards de-activated for some reason.
I found a dirty washcloth tucked behind clean washcloths. The soap dish was still dirty with a clean bar in a box set on top of it. The lighting overall in the room was inadequate.

On a positive note, the beds and pillows were very, very comfortable. However, I will not stay there again.

Okay except for the housekeeping issues
Pros:

It seemed fine, although we didn't eat breakfast We were in a hurry to get to either shopping or Thanksgiving so can't really comment on this.

Cons:

We were there for three nights. My wife called and asked for clean towels on the second night because we had used some to clean up the floor afteer the shower leaked. She asked for them bu 9:00 pm and was told they would be delivered. They never were, The room was supposed to be cleaned by the end of the third day and it never was. So, we still had those dirty towels that had been wet and were out of Kleenex and toilet paper. We left on the morning of the fourth day and never got any of the stuff we asked for.

Worst experience ever but breakfast and morning staff was great!!
Pros:

Paid booking.com then had to pay full amount again upon check in. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
