Horrible I’d rather die
Cons:

Like employees are racist. Take your money and keep your hotel from you. Mind you they steal card information so didn’t give them your card. Horrible experience just pay extra and stay at the Westin

Bed Bugs Beware !
Pros:

Bitten by bed bugs during my stay in a renovated room.

Hotel staff did nothing to compensate for cleaning my clothes, and travel bag after the stay

Weekend worthy
Pros:

The area was perfect for us with plenty of eateries close by. My hubby enjoyed the onsite bar and my son enjoyed the pool and basketball court at their sister property next door

Cons:

I am still upset that the check in clerk charged my credit card the full amount after I've already paid Booking.com. I'm still disputing the transaction.

Not Great
Pros:

Not great at all. The battery died to my door and nobody was able to help me for a long time. I was promised it would be fixed the next day but it was not so I had the same issue the day following when I came back. The place smells pretty dusty and is very dated. I’m not one to write reviews but found my stay to be so underwhelming I had to make a note for others.

Pros:

We stayed here for five nights for a wedding. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hardwood floor was a bit dirty, as evidenced by the "mud" in the shower after walking across the floor. Perhaps that is inevitable with that type of floor. Overall, the hotel and room seemed clean and well-kept. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay! Fletcher and Zavon were both fantastic and made the experience memorable. The hotel is perfectly located halfway between downtown and the lake, which made it ideal for our trip.

Fletcher, Zavon, and Rav made me feel incredibly welcomed and were always engaged. Anytime I needed something, they were right there to help. Fletcher clearly runs a great ship—it shows in the way the team works together and how well they care for their guests.

Pros:

I love everything about this property. It is beautiful and my room had a balcony. The bed is facing the window/sliding glass door leading to the deck and you can see the sun rising over a forestry of trees. The room and the hotel is clean. The staff extended the friendliest greeting I have experienced. The entire experience was exceptional!
