El desayuno y la ubicación.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación con ventanas que no podían abrirse y con vistas a un muro, siendo el ático, y habiendo reservado la habitación en función de las fotos de Booking, que en nuestro caso no coinciden en absoluto, salvo por el tipo de decoración.

Comfortable, easy and a good price!
Pros:

In a less busy area so a bit quieter, spacious comfortable room, the bed and pillows were comfy and air conditioning with controls which is a must in the heat. The staff were the highlight, both checking in and out was easy and they were all really friendly and accommodating and understanding.

Cons:

On the second floor so the bit of traffic during the night is a bit loud, just something to be conscious of!

Hotel je čak i nadmašio moja očekivanja. Iako ima tri zvjezdice, po kvaliteti usluge, čistoći i općem dojmu slobodno bi mogao imati i četiri.
Lokacija je odlična – smješten je u mirnom i pristupačnom dijelu grada, s vrlo dobrom povezanošću javnim prijevozom. Posebno bih istaknula što u okolini nema napornih uzbrdica i nizbrdica, što je u ovom gradu velika prednost.
Sobe su uredne i ugodne, a osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo. Doručak je raznovrstan i kvalitetan, s dovoljno izbora za svakoga.
Sve u svemu, boravak je bio vrlo ugodan i svakako bih se ponovno vratila u ovaj hotel.

Cons:

Ne mogu izdvojiti ništa kao problem ili neugodnost.

La douche ne fournissait pas d’eau chaude. J’ai signalé le problème à la réception dès le premier jour, et on m’a indiqué qu’un technicien interviendrait. Cependant, le lendemain, la situation n’avait pas changé. Je n’ai donc pas eu d’eau chaude pendant toute la durée de mon séjour dans la chambre 303.

NÃO VALE A PENA

A localização é muito boa e o café da mães excelente.

Cons:

Há várias questões a serem ponderadas, pois o MASA HOTÉIS GROUP não mantêm o padrão. Ficamos no início da semana, uma noite no MASA CAMPO GRANDE, antes de seguirmos para Santiago de Compostela, e ficamos encantados com tudo no hotel, tanto que minha avaliação foi 10. Como não tinha disponibilidade para nosso retorno, segui com o grupo, acreditando que seria a mesma linha. Que decepção!!!!
1- Limpeza: o banheiro estava com o box bem sujinho, o carpete do quarto encardido e, quando chegamos, o quarto estava com cheiro de suor.
2- Os travesseiros não são ruins, são péssimos; pois, além de muito pequenos, nota-se que uns são moles demais e outros duros demais. Qualidade péssima.
3- O lençol que cobria o colchão era muito pequeno para a cama e, ao acordamos, parte já tinha saído do colchão que, aliás, era muito duro. Enfim, ainda bem que foram só duas noites.

Pros:

Ubicación, desayuno variado, la cama muy buena, el baño cómodo, siempre nos dejaron agua en botella sin cobro, café y aromáticas agradecemos mucho esto. El personal atento, check in y check out rápido.
