Pros:

Gostamos de tudo, da limpeza, do pequeno almoço bom , da localização. Nós só passamos uma noite porque fomos ao show do Djavan. Mais foi muito tranquilo.

Cons:

Só um ponto que me desagrado, porque tinha a chaleira para fazer uma chá e chazinhos , por tanto não tinha água pro mesmo. Liguei na recepção estava dando sempre ocupado isso eram 23:00 e pouco , acredito que estava fora do gancho ☎️ , por isso estava ocupado,.porque liguei por varias vezes . Eu queria água para tomar uma medicação, nem era para tomar o chá ... De resto não tenho que falar .

Could be much nicer if it were maintained better.

Great location and nice size rooms

Cons:

Very dirty carpet with terrible spots and stains.
And the mattress protector was like lying on plastic.

Pros:

Todo muy correcto.
Pudimos hacer el.check-in una hora antes de la indicada. La recepcionista fue muy amable.
Además también conseguimos aparcar justo enfrente del hotel ya que está situado en una larga avenida. Como era domingo no tuvimos que poner ticket de aparcamiento.

Peguei 2 quartos. O atendimento foi muito bom. Conseguiram colocar a gente em quartos com cama de casal, o que não tinha sido liberado no momento da reserva. Ar condicionado muito bom.

Cons:

Em um dos quartos não tinha chuveiro. Apenas banheira. Isso pra idoso não é legal. Também não curti os travesseiros. Pareciam velhos. Mas no geral muito bom o serviço

Ottimo hotel, ottima colazione internazionale. Situato in zona lontana dal centro ma servito con i mezzi, può essere comodo se si arriva in auto e poi girare Lisbona coi mezzi e a piedi. Possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento 15€/dia gratuiti sabato e domenica fuori dall'hotel.

Das Zimmer war sauber und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort. Die Mitarbeiterinnen der Rezeption war stets freundlich

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider nur mittelmäßig, die Mitarbeiter waren meistens lustlos und teilweise unfreundlich.
Wir haben meistens darauf verzichtet, dass Zimmer sauber machen zu lassen, trotzdem hätten wir uns gefreut wenn uns das kleine Wasser vor die Tür gestellt worden wäre .

não recomendo para longas estadias. fiquei uma noite e não ficaria duas.

Cons:

o hotel inteiro tem cheiro de mofo, incluindo os quartos. café da manhã super limitado, o isolamento acústico é péssimo. o frigobar NÃO FUNCIONA. entrei em contato antes falando que precisava de um frigobar a funcionar e me disseram que tinha. quando vi que não funcionava e comuniquei à recepção, ouvi um “é… temos um problema com os nossos frigobares”. enfim. não se justifica o preço pago.
