Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, large room lovely location. Not your average seedy old Victorian hotel. This one is smart and comfortable.
Could do with better quality duvet.
Extremely friendly staff. Lovely decorated rooms and a fab breakfast. Very clean rooms, comfy beds and parking right outside is a bonus.
Our room was close to reception which was a little loud. Had an issue with the room temperature, the radiator was hot but the room remained cold throughout the night. Also only Luke warm water was available.
Location and decor. Great staff and good breakfast.

Arrived at noon to leave luggage and room was ready so checked in early.
Bit disappointed in evening meal.
Great location at the top of the cliffs with amazing views over the bay. staff were very friendly and the room was fantastic. Superb decor throughout. Excellent choice at breakfast.
Would like more choice on the Cecil’s menu for vegetarians as there was only one main meal option which wasn’t to my taste.
Just had a wonderful weekend in Scarborough at this wonderful hotel.
We have for many years stayed for long weekends at yorkshire best seaside resort,and for as many years stayed at the crowne spa.
Lack of investment in the restaurants and general has made us look at other options.
Having walked past the hotel many times I took a look at trip advisor and the reviews were great.
Everything about the hotel is on point great welvome ,wonderful room sea view recently refurbished windows that work a treat on a windy evening.
The staff bar non are attentive hardworking and helpful
Breakfast and dinner are both marvellous and well presented by the chef and his team
I cant speak highly enough on this great hotel that we will undoubtedly stay at again and again

There are many large seaside hotels which can best be described as being of 'faded grandeur'. Somehow, The Weston has not fallen in to this trap. The public rooms are modern and classy. Our bedroom was very comfortable and did not feel overly outdated. Breakfast was wonderful - proper kippers a total highlight! - and the personal service rather than the ubiquitous buffet felt exactly right. Staff here work very hard and were always charming.
It would be lovely if the bar stayed open after 10 pm.
