Wonderful, welcoming staff!
Pros:

We could not fault this lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The food was
delicious, rooms were spotless, as were all the communal areas of the hotel and there was an attention to detail that is so rare these days. It really did feel like the staff were one big family, working as a team but just so happy to provide a service with lots of smiles! Just what we needed for our holiday.

Wonderful, welcoming hotel!
Pros:

As a couple we loved this hotel. The food was delicious, the rooms were super comfortable, everywhere was spotless and every single member of staff went out of their way to make you feel very welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning!

An Amazing Place to Stay, we will be back!
Pros:

A great hotel, spotlessly clean with amazing staff and top quality breakfast with lots of options. We had booked a Concert / Gig, Event at the Spa Theatre which was literally at the bottom of the hill just a 5 min walk away. The little fenicular tram / lift is a great way to get down or up to the sea front and it operates until 10:30 so after the gig there was no slog up the hill path to the top.

Cons:

Only thing that was a little disappointing was the size of the room and the shower. The photos on Booking.com show two types of room, it doesn't stipulate which one you will get on arrival. We ended up in the smaller of the two. Noise from the TV in the room next door was also a bit annoying. Next time we will pay for a Bay View Room.

Lovely staff and hotel. The food was lovely too
Pros:

Breakfast and night meal was lovely and a good service too. Clean room and nice seating area . The reception lady was lovely and was very helpful and friendly towards my mum.

Cons:

The. Shower door kept coming off which was a bit dangerous, and the toilet seat was wobbly. No facilities for disabled guests, stairs to the property was challenging for mum no other alternative.

Everything we required and we will definitely return, hopefully for longer.

Both Reception and Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, The room was spotlessly clean with everything provided that we required. We had requested a 3rd floor room and the view from the room of the South bay and cliffs to the South was brilliant
