Ideal location. Lovely views. Convenient parking. Very attractive dining room. Staff were excellent, both in reception, dining room and with room service. Food was excellent, both breakfast and evening menu.
Room was small and will choose larger room for next visit.

Fantastic staff, super clean hotel couldnt fault the breakfast and comfy beds. Staff go above and beyond to ensure customer has a great stay.
Just a small gripe but the towels are really hard could do with soft fluffy ones.

The decor in the hotel was lovely.
We had a problem with our breakfast (timing not the food). However the manager on duty was very quick to apologise and sorted everything to our satisfaction
Great customer service!
Not a fault of the hotel but there didn't seem to be any bars nearby when we fancied a nightcap after our concert. The hotel bar closes at 10pm so we had no options.
Everything was 1st class.
