Everything we required and we will definitely return, hopefully for longer.
Pros:

Both Reception and Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, The room was spotlessly clean with everything provided that we required. We had requested a 3rd floor room and the view from the room of the South bay and cliffs to the South was brilliant

Lovely Hotel with Great Sea Views
Pros:

We were greeted warmly at Reception and everything was explained. Our room was spacious, clean and with a large comfy bed. The shower room was a little small, but spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We had dinner is Cecils, which was well cooked and presented and VFM. Great service too. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely Hotel and staff
Pros:

Great locations and very friendly and helpful staff, the rooms mere nice and comfy and the breakfast was spot on too. Parking was easy with the permit they gave you for the street

Cons:

Will definitely be a return customer.
Pros:

Excellent location, beautiful views over the coast. The hotel was beautifully decorated providing a clever mix of contemporary and vintage items, creating a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and seemed genuine and interested in hospitality. Food was superb and cooked to order.

Cons:

There was nothing to complain aboutvat all but my personal preference would have been for softer bed pillows if anything. Everything else was spot on.

Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in for a long time.
Pros:

We had a two-night stay at this lovely hotel and were very surprised by the high standard of the decor. It's common to visit a hotel to find some shabbiness about it (even four star rated ones) but this looked like brand new everywhere. We had breakfast both days - excellent and cooked to order - and dinner one night which was superb in quality. The staff throughout were very pleasant to deal with and when I asked for our large duvet to be changed to two singles (more comfortable for us) this was done without question. The king size bed (thanks for the upgrade by the way!) was super comfortable with pillows also just right. The location is perfect - lovely sea views and away from the noise of the south bay which could be seen from our bedroom window. I read that this is a family-run hotel and it shows. Attention to detail in every aspect of guest management was spot on. We will certainly stay there again on our next visit to the town.

Cons:

Only the duvet which was too high a tog rating for our liking but that's just our personal preference. It was changed after the first night. The shower cubicle was a bit tight for average sized adults but perfectly usable.
