Nice looking hotel but tiny single room
Pros:

Clean room , comfortable bed, good shower , friendly staff, lots of parking spaces..
Corridors and carpets clean , nice breakfast room and TV room.

Cons:

Very small room at back of hotel , smallest I ve ever stayed in !
Breakfast hit and miss, warm orange juice , not much selection , bacon was fatty and under cooked every day. Sausages were good though.
Toast always cold when brought to the table and the small packs of butter were not as hard as they could have been.Glad I wasn't paying the £15 per day charge extra for breakfast.
Bit of a trek to the main promenade at South Bay down and then back up steep stairs or a steep slope.
No supermarkets nearby , a ten minute walk to Filey Road for the nearest.

Pros:

from checking in on the 1st day to checking out on the last day nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they made the stay in the excellent hotel a great experience for us. well worth our 2nd visit

Perfect stay in the best hotel
Pros:

We have stayed at the Weston hotel several times now. We personally think it’s the best hotel in Scarborough.
The staff are amazing and are a credit to the hotel.

Cons:

We found the room very hot with the heatwave so neither got much sleep. Perhaps a fan could be left in the wardrobe?

First of all the receptionist was absolutely amazing, room was clean and had fab tea coffee facilities. Breakfast staff were really lovely and the breakfast was superb. We will deffo stay again.

Ah the staff were great, as was the breakfasts and the location

Cons:

Our double but it was tiny, more like UK queensize, more suited to a single person. We saw in other rooms when leaving and they had property full size beds. It was the only disappointing thing about it stay and neither of us good a good sleep. We're not big people, so it wasn't that

Pros:

What a wonderful hotel
The staff were amazing and very friendly from the lady at reception to the breakfast chap.
Beds were comfy and rooms very clean with lovely tea and coffee making facilities.
Breakfast was superb and nothing was too much trouble
Walkable into south and north bay.
We will definitely be back, thank you for a really lovely stay

Excellent - we'll be back
Pros:

Location for venues at 'The Spa' is brilliant, breakfast was really good value for money & the staff are really friendly/can't do enough for you.

Cons:

Air conditioning in the rooms would be great but appreciate it's probably not practical in a hotel of this age.

most relaxing break we have had for a long time.
Pros:

plenty of choice at morning breakfast served by excellent staff .
