Love the free upgrade, great amenities; self laundry mat , game console to chill out and the gym.
A good spread of breakfast to choose from and decent tasting.
All the staff are truly helpful and friendly.
Personally find the bed a little too soft, not a big issue but just a personal opinion. And with the construction ongoing walking over from CIQ is not advisable if you are coming with big big luggage and kids. But nevertheless once the construction is complete, I am pretty sure it will be so much more accessible to walk from CIQ.
Requested for additional bed. Hotel did not note with confirmation and at check in, was informed that none was available and I was left stranded
Breakfast food was ran out and long queues and selected is sad. Ended up heading out for breakfast instead
The entire hotel looked both presentable and welcoming. It was also clean and had no stench nor odour.
The area where I had to pass through from parking at the red lot to the lift lobby was overall dim and had (1) a steep ramp and (2) a door with a small raised curb which was not helpful since luggage’s have wheels. Will be good to redo the ramps so that it is easier for guests, especially those who have more than one luggage during their stay. A more lighted area also helps guests feel more secure.
Also, in the room (the one with the bathtub) there is a small raised curb leading into the bedroom where I had almost tripped twice. Will be good to place a small ramp in there to prevent guests from tripping unknowingly.
Thirdly, for room service meals in the room where there would be leftover food as the serving was large, the leftovers food would be left in the kitchenette and there was no other option to, say, place the plates outside the door. Will be good to have some instructions on where to place the plates that have leftover food so that it does not stink up the room thereafter and more efficient for staff to collect these and head back to the kitchen.

A short trip down to JB with front row views of the never-ending JB-Singapore traffic right from our stay near the border. Quite fascinating watching the city move day and night!
This chic hotel residence offers what it promises - stylish, modern and connected accommodation. Food was good, staff were friendly and room was spacious.
However, I don’t quite understand the layout of the bathroom - it’s spacious yet not fully functional. You take a shower in the bathtub and water spilled over to the floor (guaranteed!) And the towel is hanged quite far from the bathtub.
The room is big and clean. It has gym and self-services washing room, it’s comfortable. Besides, the location is great, very close to Singapore.
