Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The check-in process was smooth, rooms were up to expectations and clean, and the customer service was impeccable.
Location, accessible and walkable to JB center
Perhaps the TV needs to check, I encountered the tv channel watching a few minutes it off all the sudden and back to the hotel info channel. I think the setting needs to adjust.

Been staying with Capri for many times now, almost every visit to JB, we would be staying here. It is convenient, comfy, and good value for money. Overall it is good as always!
Didn’t really like the room assigned this time round, a little run down compare to the others and the layout isn’t the best.

Es gab Probleme beim Einchecken mit der Kreditkarte, es wurde nicht geprüft und nicht mitgeteilt, dass die Kartennummer und die CVC-Nummer benötigt wird. Ich hatte eine neue Karte welche eine dynamische CVC generiert, dies war nicht bekannt. Dadurch gab es eine 15 minütige Verzögerung und eine Diskussion, da die Karte auch nicht gewechselt werden konnte. Manchmal etwas laut durch Moschee in der Nähe mit Gebeten und Feuerwerk (nachts). Am Strand von Danga Bay Beach ist schwimmen dauerhaft verboten (siehe Bild)!
Good
We like the room although the design is still stuck in the design of early 2000s era. Overall its clean, not magnificiently clean but acceptable kinda clean. We chose capri because we love the spacious bathroom. Clean concept. We love the Grohe bath accessories with small dark blue tiles.
Couple of staff were outstanding. An indian lady named Shalini from the cafe is very accomodating and pleasant. Made our day. Another indian lady at the reception counter (i forgot her name) but she has outstanding customer service efficiency. Unlike some other staffs that appear like robots, she has a warm approach, lively like a professional from other 5 five star international hotels. We didnt get to take her name but she wore a navy blue baju kurung on hari raya that day. We hope capri recognises your good staff and recruit outstanding staff with good PR.
The breakfast :( We came last year too. We got tired of the food. This year, we tried again hoping there will be a variety with awesome taste. But again, we were dissapointed. I highlight the kacang pool especially, which was very poorly executed. Overall, the taste of the food should be improved on.
The desserts were mundane too. Traditional kuih texture is hard, perhaps you can get other suppliers that makes soft traditional kuih? We hope for scrumptious desserts like cakes, eclairs, doughnuts etc. Not the regular muffins.
The utensils in the room were not properly cleaned too. The handles are greasy!
The carpets in the rooms should be washed before new guests. They are very dirty. Vacuuming is not sufficient.
As for the bathroom glass, perhaps can instal solar shield in future? So drones or people with binoculars could not see through the bathrooms in broad daylight?
