Pros:

The hotel near to ciq. Good location.

Cons:

Always when check in the system very slow. It's takes 45min to 1hrs. And also when check in the room haven't been clean. Have to wait another 1hrs. The check in time always delayed. But the check out always must follow their timing. I feel it's not fair to all the customer. Hope the management can improve on the check in and room cleaning.

Worth another stay
Pros:

Got upgraded to one bedroom deluxe suite as my original room wasn't ready and was pleasantly surprised by how furnished the entire room was, and how literally quiet it was despite nearing to CIQ n only woken up by morning sunrise. Staff were friendly and helpful, even engage in small chats occasionally to ease customers tho can see a severe shortage of manpower. Would be happy to book again

Cons:

Minus one point mainly cos of Gym facilities that look quite rundown and some needs maintainance

The spacious room, includes a small kitchen, and spacious hall, which provide 2 tv's , one in hall and room, toilet was really spacious with bathtub and has a good view

Value for money stay in JB
Pros:

The facilities were great, staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a few nights stay.

Cons:

Due to the RTS construction the outside is a little dusty and walking out to shops isnt really pleasant

Great hotel to stay in JB
Pros:

Great location! Great service! Great rooms!

Been staying here for a few times now and currently it is our go to whenever we are in JB now. Bed is really comfortable and I like the cleanliness of the room! Overall it is a great stay here and I truly enjoy it.
