Pros:

Location is walking distance to City Square mall, SKS mall. Check in / check out was smooth, room stay was very pleasant and room was clean and well maintained

Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was not in to my standard, but I would say room and bathroom was clean enough. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed it. Having a gym is a plus! Overall our stay was good and comfortable.

Cons:

There was no welcome drink or anything upon arrival and this is the first hotel I came across such 😄

Was pleasant and cozy

Good service of staff. So welcoming and professional.

Cons:

The breakfast restaurant should have more tables and chairs to welcome more guests on weekends. We felt rushed to finish our food as more people queued outside the restaurant to find a table

It’s not clean enough and has mould in the toilet.

It’s located right next to the CIQ

Cons:

It’s located next to a construction site that constructs at night! The tabletop surfaces were found NOT to have been wiped. The staff are also slow to react. Who gives only 2 500ml water bottles for 2 guests? Disappointing!
