Value for money, comfortable and clean stay, nice location but still have room for improvements.

smooth check-in, cleanliness, spread at breakfast, location

Cons:

parking was very chaotic in the carpark - had to go round and round in circles altho there are allocated red lots, the non-stop construction at the new RTS (24hr) was bad, the food at the lounge spread was lacking (tho understood this is subset from the allocated dinning)

A wonderful stay with amazing rooms, friendly staff and great service from start to finish!
Pros:

Room: The room was amazing. We were able to check in early at 2pm and the front desk staff were super helpful and friendly the whole time. Everything about the stay felt well taken care of.

Room Service: My wife stayed in and ordered room service while I went out to catch the Chelsea vs JDT match that night and she said the food and service were perfect.

Overall: Everything about our stay was great from check-in to the little touches along the way. Would definitely recommend!

Cons:

Nothing, honestly. The whole stay was smooth from start to finish.
