Very disappointing with the location and the noisy construction work
Pros:

Property was very good but the location was very inconvenient as there was nothing available nearby

Cons:

There was construction work going on day and night outside our window although we were in the 7th floor it was noisy and kept us awake

I liked it but didn't love it.
Pros:

I liked the ambience and ample room size plus the staff service and friendliness was impressive.

Cons:

There aren't many F&B options within walking distance from the property so I opted for the hotel breakfast. Although there was a good spread, I felt that the food was mediocre at best.

Overall very happy except for some idiots who smoked inside one of the room
Pros:

The room is very clean,4 pillows were firm,everything about the hotel is superb.Swimming pool is very clean and can get a good workout.

Cons:

Like many hotels in JB, some idiot smokers will spoil the experience for the majority and pollute the clean air.I have told the stuff there and I hope in coming years a hefty fine of 10,000 by law will be imposed.

Pros:

Clean, Comfortabke rooms and excellent service from the staff. Would like to specifically mention Kumar, who was extremely helpful
