We attended the Rangers game. The location is perfect, not far from the stadium. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and the atmosphere and staff were amazing. They also offer happy hour; it's very inviting. The overall experience was great.
Loved this place! Very clean! Definitely will come back
Very good location and clean room. Close to nearby ballparks. Would stay here again. The staff was attentive and very friendly
Everything was excellent. only one issue the AC stays on 60 or 65 and no way to change it the setting on the window unit. I will come back to te same property again on the near future
Only stayed for a couple nights but the staff and accommodations were amazing. Enjoyed the pool and my room was much bigger than I expected. All around a great hotel!! Would stay again if I came in for any other business trips as it is right next door to our offices.
Rooms need renovation and repairs.
Nail holes in the wall, slimy faucets and shower heads, damp carpets in the room and hallway.
My wife and I stayed here for our 47 wedding anniversary. The bathroom toliet area was so small that I had to stand in the shower to close the door. The bottom of the door was rotted from water damage. The television had a blue tint and the programming was awful. We went to the "resturant" which had an extremely limited menu, and the one item that appealed to us, was not available. we were tol however that it was happy hour and after we ordered our drinks were told that those did not apply to the happy our selection. (LOL) The second night we discoverd that housekeeping did not replinish our towels, or coffee. I went to the lobby to try to get new coffee packs, but the only person working was so overwhelmed that I just went back to the room. For what we paid, I feel that the room and aminities were extremely lacking. I have stayed around the corner at Studio six, and had a much better experience for half the price. I expected more from Hyatt. Needless to say, we will not ever stay here again!!!!
This place was filled with unexpected but welcome surprises. The room was huge & super clean; parking, breakfast, and WiFi included. The staff, while super busy (one guy serving as the bartender AND the only front desk worker to check us in) were so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. This will be my go-to place to stay in the Arlington area from now on.
This location is fantastic due to its prime proximity to parks and stadiums, making it an ideal spot for those who enjoy outdoor activities and sports events. The convenience of being within walking distance means you can easily access these venues without the need for transportation, saving both time and money. Whether you’re looking to have fun at the parks, enjoy concerts with family and friends, or catch an exciting game at the stadiums, everything is just a short walk away.
Excellent hotel and amazing customer service. Room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and finally.
We had a good experience at the Hyatt Place when in town to watch an international soccer match at nearby AT&T Stadium. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offered excellent value compared to some of the other options in the area. It is a short Uber or Lyft ride to Texas Live or to AT&T Stadium. It is even walkable if needed and takes about 30 minutes to walk to Texas Live and another 10 minutes to the stadium. Six Flags is only a 15-minute walk. Despite being relatively close to everything, it was still a pretty quiet area without too much road noise. I would definitely consider staying here if back in town.
The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty. We picked this hotel because of it’s proximity to six flags it was only a mile away.
Perfect hotel as we were in town for college baseball at Globe Life Field which was on a mile away. We got the around 4:30 and was promptly greeted by the desk clerk. Plenty of free parking (which is a plus) and the room was spacious and cool. Small but nice bar for drinks and open until 11:00 PM. Breakfast from 6:30-9:30 and had a variety of items including tortillas for breakfast tacos/burritos plus fruit/yogurt. Checkout was simple and easy. I felt like this was a great rate considering how close we were to a lot of different venues for food and drink. If you need anything, Pete is the man to talk to.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The employees were very nice. The prices are better than most. It is clean and the location is good.
Great atmosphere. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and helped us with any needs we had.
MANY Cockroaches in room. per Front desk... "well, this is texas" They gave us a new room but didn't offer any refund for our troubles, we had a late night and an early morning too so there was little sleep. Location not too far from six flags/at&t/globe life. walkable to all under 30mins. would be helpful if they added microwaves to the rooms to heat leftovers that we kept in the fridge. we did eventually find some in the breakfast area. probably wouldn't recommend
We stayed here for the Big 12 championship football game. It’s very convenient to the Cowboys and Rangers stadiums as well as six flags. The hotels staff is friendly and very responsive to guests needs. The pillows and bed are good quality.
Overall very good experience. Close to everything and was still easy to get in and out. Would definitely stay at this location again.
Ms. Sherri at Check-in is wonderful and always gives us a warm welcome!
Dallas had very bad rain storms, so our flight was greatly delayed. General Manager Pete Cardenas granted us a late checkout, so we could stay dry and not be stuck at the airport. We are grateful for their hospitality & kindness and will be back.
Just great memories here boi I tell you. I colored for two days ! Just peaceful memories! And a great way to clear your mind…
