Pros:

Die Lage, Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Edeka Supernarkt...auch zum Brötchen holen, schnell in der Altstadt, tolles modernes Appartement mit Balkon und Fahrstuhl....und ganz wichtig bei diesjährigen Temperaturen...Eine Klimaanlage!!!

Cons:

Es war keine normale Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee vorhanden. > Kapseln sind nicht umweltfreundlich. Aber wir hatten das Glück..uns wurde eine Thermoskanne geliehen und wur konnten für unseren Notfällen Kaffee selber aufblühen.Danke dafür. Tipp vielleicht eine Frenchpress ...Das wäre super für alle, ohne großen Aufwand und Kosten. Tipp, wenn es heiss ist, Rolladen runterlassen...Das spart Energiekosten bei der Hitze.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber mit 20 Euro pro Person für den Service und das Angebot komplett überteuert. Das Zimmer war grosszügig eingerichtet mit schönem Bad und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Tiefgarage war angenehm und in der Lage ein grosser Vorzug.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer nicht gut gelüftet. Es hat ziemlich gerochen als wir angekommen sind.

Le petit dej manquait de saveur, il y avait de la quantité mais la qualité manquait (jus en brique, œufs brouillés trop secs..) mais on pouvait manger dehors et c’était très bien!

Gutes Hotel mit großen Zimmern in toller Lage in der Innstadt.

Die Lage ist toll, die Zimmer sind phantastisch und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für 20,00€ recht teuer, dafür dass einem gummiartige Aufbacksemmeln präsentiert werden. Aber es steht eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile zur Verfügung, so dass man auch gemütlich im Zimmer frühstücken kann.

Superb - highly recommend for a night layover in Passau after Danube cruise.
Pros:

Great location aboit 10 mins from bridge to old town, very very large bright well equiped modern studio. Easy check in - Friendly welcoming staff - thank tou Stella.
