Pros:

Het lag in een rustig deel van de stad. De kamer was zeer ruim en goed ingericht. Prima bed. De auto stond prettig in de naastgelegen parkeergarage. Een grote supermarkt was op 4 minuten loopafstand. Naar Passau oude stad was het slechts een kwartiertje lopen.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets.

Pros:

De groote van het appartement en badkamer was goed

Cons:

De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding van het ontbijt was slecht. Te veel geld voor weing keus. De o tbijtruimte is klein bij drukte moet je wachten tot een snder gaat.

Pros:

Unglaublich geräumiges Zimmer. Vor allem das Bad war sehr schön! Alles da was man benötigt. Von dort aus ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, an manchen Stellen im Zimmer sieht man deutliche Gebrauchsspuren.

Pros:

We had the studio apartment on the top floor and the view was terrific. It was lovely to be able to sit outside on the terrace. We really appreciated being able to prepare our own simple meals with the kitchen facilities and the shower was great.

Cons:

Although the bed was a great size, it was too soft for our comfort. After removing the topper, it was much better.

Perfekt für einen Passau Besuch
Pros:

Komfortables Appartementhaus in guter Lage zur Innenstadt. Gute Abstellmöglichkeit von Fahrrädern. Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal hier.

Cons:

Es war alles super.
Aber wenn man für das Geld pro Nacht die Kaffeetabs am Automaten selbst kaufen muss, ist das schon echt traurig. Die werden nicht aufgefüllt sondern man muss sie käuflich erwerben. Für über 100 Euro pro Nacht finde ich das schon schade.

Beim Frühstück trinkt das Personal mehr Kaffee als die Gäste.
