Perfekte Lage, super Ausstattung und auch sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Wir hatten die sehr geräumige Junior Suite mit riesigem Bad, Wohn-/Esszimmer und Schlafzimmer im 2. Stock. Die Lage war perfekt für die Besichtigung von Passau ( nur ca. 500 m bis zur Innbrücke). Das Apartment 206 hatte die Fenster zum Innenhof und es war daher auch nachts ruhig und man konnte mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, obwohl es auch eine Klimaanlage gibt. Die Unterkunft war wirklich perfekt, und wir würden dort wieder übernachten, wenn wir in Passau sind.
Auch der Blick vom nahegelegenen Innufer (ca. 150 m) auf die Stadt ist sehr schön - siehe angehängte Bilder.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist mit 20.- EUR pro Person für unser Empfinden zu teuer - deshalb haben wir uns selbst versorgt - in der Junior Suite war ja alles vorhanden: Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd, Nespresso Maschine.
Die Tiefgarage kostet 10.- EUR / Tag - ist aber für die Lage angemessen.

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Es war eine große Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern und großen Räumen. Das Frühstück war grundlegend einfach aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Leider war das Personal im Frühstücksbereich nicht sehr engagiert. Somit wurden viele Dinge nicht aufgefüllt. Es fehlte Umsichtigkeit und der Servicegdanke

Rundum zufrieden und echt solide für eine Reise nach Passau.
Pros:

Die Lage ist genau richtig für Passau. Parkplatz daneben vorhanden und sehr sicher. Zimmerausstattung ist perfekt. Bad und Dusche seperat und viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht. Online checkin möglich und rasch erledigt.

Cons:

Einzig der Teppich im Wohnzimmer war nicht sauber und schon in die Jahre gekommen (Sollte ausgetauscht werden)
