Tolle Unterkunft für einen fußläufigen Besuch der wunderbaren Stadt Passau.
Pros:

Gut ausgestattetes großes Zimmer.
Kooperatives Team, ich hatte einen Fehler in der Buchung, dies konnte direkt behoben werden.

Die Größe des Apartments und der Blick auf die feste Oberhaus.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr klein. Das Personal wirkte bemüht, aber überfordert. Der Check-In gestaltete sich problematisch, möglich war er erst ab 15 Uhr und um 15:30 Uhr schloss die Rezeption.

Großzügiges, gut ausgestattet Appartement mit Blick auf den Inn und die Altstadt von Passau,
einfaches aber gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, gut für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Passau und Umgebung geeignet

Beautiful comfortable well equiped calm apartment with parking possibility. Big room, big bathroom and big balcony. Walking distance from the old town.

Die Lage ist zentral.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist dreckig. Der Fußboden ist nicht gewischt, Krümmel in der Schale auf dem Tisch, ein ausgefranster Teppich auf dem Fußboden, dreckige Türen, blutige Spuren an der Wand in der Toilette neben der Klopapierrolle.
Die Person, die für das Frühstück zuständig ist, trägt einen Trainingsanzug...

Pros:

Super schönes, großes Zimmer. Modern, stilvoll, das Zimmer war vorgewärmt,großes, bequemes Bett.
Trotz Sraßenlage ruhig und sehr gutes Preis/Leistung s Verhältnis, wirklich besonders !

Alles war ok, sehr zufrieden.
