Room itself was clean and oder free, and AC worked well. Breakfast bar was pretty good but incurred a fee.
Hotel is very worn and needs refurbishing in all areas, including hallway carpeting and paint, bathroom fixtures, etc.
Lobby was too warm, I was sweating while waiting for check-in while waiting in a long queue. Staff was stressed and harried. Elevator is slow, dated, and a long walk. Stairs we used as an alternative were variably locked, and used by hotel for storage. Room bathroom fixtures were corroded, and tub drain plug broken.
De locatie. Het was voor ons alleen een tussenstop om naar onze bestemming te komen. Het ontbijt was ok maar niet heel veel keuze.
Très proche de l'aéroport d'Atlanta, et très pratique pour une escale de 12h. Navette gratuite entre l'Aéroport et l'hotel, c'est bien pratique

No estaba limpio, no estaba el sofa cama preparado, olores de smoking. Me fui luego de la primera noche.
The check-in was well done with a diligent service representative at the front desk. The food was awesome, especially the breakfast. It was a plus to let the kids (2) eat breakfast free of charge. The kids used the awesome pool only on June 25 before checking out because the maintenance personnel kept telling us it wasn't safe to use after a lot of rain. So they did their best to treat it with chemicals, and the kids took good advantage of it afterward. The checkout was awesome. They let my daughter and her family check out at noon rather than 10:00 am. The staff is awesome in every way: polite, always willing to serve and help. It was a wonderful experience.
Not something I can think of, besides the west corner elevator not working for a while.
El personal de la recepción que nos tocó en el cheek in, trato no adecuado en el desayuno , mucho olor en los ascensores, no funcionaban bien la computadoras

Upon arrival the lobby had a distinctive foul smell. Once in the room it smelled of wet carpet that had not been dried properly. I would not recommend this hotel. We were looking for a family friendly place to stay prior to our early morning flight. We will be using another location next time.
