Pros:

Staff were friendly, hotel was clean

Cons:

Ground floor room right next to the entrance with no closable curtains - car headlights flashing through the window all night and no privacy

The hotel was exactly what I needed when I needed it and where I needed it.
Pros:

Canceled flight, convenient location, airport shuttle. My luggage was on another plane but the front desk host gave me a tooth brush and toothpaste. Made me very happy after a terrible, long day of traveling.

Cons:

Nothing to add. All good for price and location.

الافطار متوسط الانواع .
لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة طيلة الاربع ايام بالرغم من تبليغ موظفي الاستقبال يوميا صباحا. فكانت الغرفة غير نظيفة

Cons:

لم يكن هناك اي مساعدة لتمديد وقت المغادرة ولو لساعة واحدة فقط بالرغم من وجود عاصفة ثلجية وسوء الاحوال الجوية بالخارج.كذلك لم يسمح لنا دفع مبلغ ليلة كاملة مقابل تاخير وقت المغادرة الذي كان الساعة 11 صباحا اجباري.

Reasonable stay
Pros:

Stayed here for a one night layover. Weather was freezing on arrival as we were waiting for the complimentary transfer bus. Appears this runs and 15 past and 15 to the hour. Fortunately a kind gent on another route offered us a ride! Nice man!!
Hotel check in was fast, but first rooms ac didn’t work so they moved us and the second room on floor 4 was fine, but still hot for sleeping well.
We had dinner, which was very nice. Wife recommends the salmon. Female Server behind the bar has the personality of a Rottweiler , but the food was good. A little bit of customer service training needed there!!
Breakfast is a buffet and was fine too and a speedy check out . We didn’t use the bus as it doesn’t go to the international terminal, but a Lyft was $11.

Happy to return.

Stay away after a long flight!!
Pros:

Stay away after a long flight. Understaffed and 30+minute lines at check in. Not even an apology. Will not be trying to save a couple of bucks next time to wait in line 30 minutes to check in at 1am. Per other travelers is a frequent occurrence.

Pros:

El hotel tiene la mejor ubicación cerca a los parques, tiene trasnsporte gratis a Universal, pero no a Disney, sin embargo, puedes ir en uber y es cerca. A demás al lado tienes rose, marshall, Burlintong, y muchos outlet a los que puedes ir caminando.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos teníamos unos cambios con las reservas y la señora del frontdesk se puso muy furiosa porque no nos entendía. fue un poco incomodo.

Cons:

Truck was broken into while we were out of town. Paid for extended parking. No one even called us. Truck sat with a broken window for a week. They did call the police and put a trash bag over the window.

Poor stay
Pros:

Unfortunately my stay was subpar. I stayed overnight from 1/16 to 1/17. The hotel was easy to find. Check in was smooth. $20 parking fee and $150 hold on your card for incidental. The hotel was confusing to me, made to mimic an airport. Areas labeled as Concourses. I booked thru a 3rd party and for some reason I got a handicapped room. Which didn't seem handicap equipped if you ask me.

It was hard to adjust the thermostat in the room - either using the unit or wall control. You cannot close the curtains to get rid of the courtyard lighting. I definitely didn't like that. Because it was easy to see other rooms. The carpet in the hallways and rooms looks like it's at least 50 years old.

The room was decent. Furniture looked decent. The bed was comfortable. No USB outlets. Only USB outlet was to use the TV to charge my phone. The bathroom - the only light was in the shower. No light in the main part of the bathroom area where the sink and toilet was.

The next morning, I found out that the transformer had blew so there was no hot water, my nearest elevator didnt work, unable to use the microwave.

No free breakfast.

There's a shuttle for airport transportation.

Awful!
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

Do start the elevator was not working.Had to carry my bag to the fourth floor no sign on the elevator to let us know.It wasn't working just had to wait and figure it out.For ourselves
No hot water in the room.I had to take a very cold shower after a long, long day.
A bathroom light was out.
Just staff was absolutely hopeless.
