El hotel tiene la mejor ubicación cerca a los parques, tiene trasnsporte gratis a Universal, pero no a Disney, sin embargo, puedes ir en uber y es cerca. A demás al lado tienes rose, marshall, Burlintong, y muchos outlet a los que puedes ir caminando.
Cuando llegamos teníamos unos cambios con las reservas y la señora del frontdesk se puso muy furiosa porque no nos entendía. fue un poco incomodo.
Truck was broken into while we were out of town. Paid for extended parking. No one even called us. Truck sat with a broken window for a week. They did call the police and put a trash bag over the window.

Do start the elevator was not working.Had to carry my bag to the fourth floor no sign on the elevator to let us know.It wasn't working just had to wait and figure it out.For ourselves
No hot water in the room.I had to take a very cold shower after a long, long day.
A bathroom light was out.
Just staff was absolutely hopeless.
The foyer and restaurant was very appealing to the eye.
The entire stay was horrible!!! Horrible , horrible, horrible!! We arrived a day late due to some uncertainties of life, I was told we wasn’t able to add an extra day because we booked through a third party. The first room the host assigned us to, was dirty. The second room we were in, appeared to be a better choice until night fall. The transformer apparently went out and caused the heater to stop working. I called the front desk several times and no one answered . Once she finally answered, I proceeded to tell her what we were experiencing , she tells me” okay, there is a lot going on right now.” I’ll send someone up there. No one ever came!!! The water did not get hot as well. We went to sleep, cold and uncomfortable considering we traveled 6 hours away… No one offered us extra blankets, nor said anything to clam us down as of to why we weee experiencing this. The next morning, my husband went down there to speak to the manager, it was 8AM. The host said he hasn’t arrived yet. She told us to come back at 9. 9AM he still wasn’t there. 10AM , no manager. He didn’t show until 11:06AM… which makes sense if he was hiding from the upset visitors. That’s check out time, so apparently he was trying to make the load lighter and lesser for him to deal with it. We were at the desk, speaking to the host and he walks right over there and says NOTHING!!!!! What type of manager is that!!! Not a very good one. He was rolling his eyes and twisting around as if it the visitors was his problem. My advice for him to take some management classes. Things happen… that’s out of your control sometimes. Ignoring the issues is cowardly… This was an experience!!!
But the host that worked the morning shift was amazing…. She was very apologetic and it didn’t even happen on her shift. I don’t think we will be giving the Hilton in Atlanta another chance….
Okay area. Parking gated
It seem god awful. Shower is disgusting, and the showerhead barely pushed out any water.
There were electricity issues on one side of the building and instead of preemptively warning us or assigning us a room with proper facilities, they allowed us to discover those problems on our own and then request a different room.

The breakfast buffet was excellent,
Breakfast was delicious and a lot of options. My room was super clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Staff were kind, and amazing. Will definitely come back here when I visit Atlanta again! Love from Canada!
