Would never stay again.

Cons:

Dead bugs on bathroom floor. Abundant Stains on chairs and rugs refrigerator froze drinks solid fearful there might be bed bugs since cleanliness was poor. And i paid $320 for the night. Would have expected cleanliness at least.

Great location - Probably won't stay there again
Pros:

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good & staff helpful.

Cons:

Yellow desk chair looked like it was from a garbage bin - very dirty & dinghy - tar streaks on it. Bed sheets looked like they had been slept in. Shower leaked water under the tub - tub floor squished as I moved around.

TV didn't work. It was new, they haven't set it up yet . Went a half day without it. No one new anything about there wine. Very load.

Disgusting!!!

Not a damn thing..

Cons:

Everything the rooms were discussed and the rugs were filthy. There was no towels in the bathroom. People were having sex next-door all night smoking dope thought barking TV didn’t work. It kept going on and off all night finally at 12 AM. We got up and we checked out we only stayed there a matter of not even five hours. It was awful awful experience.

Pros:

Did not stay here have had horrible Customer Service the place was terrible. I’ve been waiting to get a call back from the manager after a lengthy conversation in my disappointment and I have yet to hear back from her.

Worker slept at the desk in a zero gravity recliner, something nasty in our bathroom sink drain,

Apple juice was watered down, orange juice was aweful, selection was terrible. Are sausage and left to get food elsewhere. A sign said food was not to be taken out of there. I had a sick family member in our room.

Probably won't stay again.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. We felt safe at the property.

Cons:

The place is sadly needing updating. Everything was very shabby. It all smelled funny. In my room the phone was broken and the heater was very loud. In my daughter's room, the fridge was broken. Breakfast wasn't worth anything. It was simply some coffee, toast things, yogurt, and cereals. I wouldn't stay again unless there was nowhere else to stay.
