The price
Subpar. Needs up grade on everything.
The location. It was close to everything we were attending
There were no wash cloths in the room when we arrived. So had to shower using hand towels. The key was not activated. This happened the second day also. So after a long day out had to go to the office to get key reactivated. Asked for two keys for this very reason. Never received 2nd key. Called and requested wash cloths and towels to be in the room when we returned. None were brought to room. Had to go to office in the morning and only to receive 1 towel 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel and was told more would be brought at 10 am ... because they didn't have any more. So We had to wait until then to go get breakfast...Just poor customer service.

I didn't get what I reserved. I reserved a 1king bed room no smoking with one pet, when I got there the guy at the front desk said my dog wasn't allowed in the front part so he put me on the back side in a double bed room that smelled awful like Marijuana and the room wasn't clean at all. The inside piece of curtains were tore and light came though them all night. And the room said no smoking on the door but there was an ash tray in the room and ashes and butts poured out on the bedside table and the phone was set on top of it. The trash cans had bags in them but clearly wasn't cleaned. I went and got cleaning supplies and cleaned that room just so I could sleep in it. With this being sad im very disappointed and I want ever stay at this motel again.

Nothing! It was dirty and stank, the room stinks, outside stinks! DONT RECOMMEND
EVERYTHING, the AC don't work, the room smells like marijuana, outside smells like poop, water draing from the roof outside, it wasn’t even raining

The place was unclean. There was scribbles all over the wall from crayons. The floor was not mopped or cleaned. There was food spatter all over the areas. It was disgusting shape. I didn’t want to sleep there, and there was no one there to complain too.
