This is where I go to make the world feel right again!
Pros:

Everything was outstanding! We are planning another trip for our Anniversary. This is my new go-to place.

Cons:

The only thing that would make it better is some live music and another fire pit.

Would not recommend or stay again.
Pros:

Receptionist was very pleasant.

Cons:

The bed was HARD. Worst bed I have ever slept on. The sheets had black hair on them, later discovered same hair on inside of shower curtain. 1/4 a roll of toilet paper. Thankfully we had baby wipes with us. We were exhausted from a long day of driving. Only 3 sets of towels for a family of 5.

Good location, good breakfast and good pool area
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located on Jekyll Island. The breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options. I do recommend the breakfast! The beds were comfortable. I swimming pool, hot tub and patio area was perfect for the adults and kids. The hotel is on the beach (note: without a beach view) which saved time driving to a public beach area. The board walk to the beach was a relatively short walk.

Cons:

The housekeeping was not good. The hotel room carpet was not properly vacuumed and the hand soap dispenser was empty. The stairs up the board walk and down the board walk to the beach/sand were an extensive number of stairs (for those with mobility issues). Although the boardwalk has a small sitting area to view the ocean, if you can go up the initial set of stairs. Note: There is a $10 toll to enter the island each day.

I truly enjoyed this day and would stay there again, but ask for a room without a connecting door
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. We needed something extra from the desk, and they brought it right up. The time for the breakfast was also very nice. and it was very conveniently located to what we were there for

Cons:

Our room had an adjoining door, and the people in the next room were so loud we thought they were standing in the hallway and realized we could hear them through the door. There was no insulation there. The bed was OK, but you could feel the indent of somebody who’d been there before

Located perfectly for the half marathon we were running and the pool and hot tub were awesome! Chad and Zoey at the front were great and Jessica and Abby took great care of us at the bar! The room was clean and the beach access was super easy!

Very nice stay
Pros:

The location was good. Everything was very clean and taken care of. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating

Cons:

The access to the beach with all the stairs were difficult for me and my husband. I am disabled and he is 80. We had a fishing wagon so that made it very hard. It needs ramps. We made it work. We got some help from a couple of young men that saw we needed help.

Staff were amazing and location beautiful 😍
Pros:

The location was amazing and the Staff were exceptional. We took the day to see the island with the bike rentals but got a flat tire. The hotel staff came to our rescue and picked us up with their shuttle.They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Beach access close to hotel.

Cons:

Would like to see more information about Jekyll Island in the lobby- maps, recommendations for activities, local events if possible. Everything else about the stay was wonderful.

I will always stay here!
Pros:

I love everything about this property location, cleanliness, not crowded, off the beaten path etc…

Cons:

The love bugs were insane this visit, nothing the hotel can do about it, it’s simply nature and one of the things I love about this island also. Although they were a pest it still so beautiful here!

Boardwalk to the beach was a bit disappointing. View in room was the A/C storage area. Brochure needs to say that there is no beach view and walking distance is not easy accessible.
