Pros:

The staff were extremely kind. I have never stayed anywhere that I was messaged by the front desk asking how my stay was. The location is perfect.

Cons:

Housekeeping took away the towels and trash only once during our stay. They never made the bed at anytime. The shower could have been cleaner upon check in.

Beautiful vacation spot!
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room, well maintained pool, and beautiful walkway to the beach.

Cons:

Loud upstairs walking and screaming child next door. Would have liked more food options at the bar for dinner.

Top notch stay with a top notch staff
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful. It was clean, the room was spacious and a good value, the hotel was well decorated, and the breakfast was perfect. What stood out the most is that the was a stop while on our honeymoon and the staff really stepped out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They even had prepared a lovely gift for us during our stay.

Not a bad hotel, but very inconvenient with where they put us so it was exhausting

Cons:

They literally put our room on the third floor and I brought our dog so it was kind of a pain to go up and down the elevator and we were the very last room at the very end of the hallway so it was a lot of walking

Nice building, excellent staff, no sleep though.
Pros:

Location. Cleanliness. Good parking. Really nice staff.

Cons:

The room itself was awful. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. It smelled musty. The railing on the balcony was pulled away from the wall. The upstairs customers were so noisy. We called to ask someone at the front desk to address the people above us around 11pm and nothing was done. We barely slept and won’t be returning.

Very relaxing and enjoyable!
Pros:

We enjoyed the fact that there was a place to buy food from the bar for a light supper. Most Hampton Inns do not have this feature. Also enjoyed having a balcony.
