Pros:

The accessibility to different areas. Maintained bedroom. Staff is accommodating even for accommodations that I asked.

Cons:

There is a distinct smell coming from the AC that is quite strong in odour. Glass door fittings (rubber) need to be replaced to close the door well.

Pros:

The hotel always fragrant. From the lobby, to the rooms, fragrant, even after a few days of stay, the fragrance still there. The bed linens are top notch for a normal hotel like Solid.
Many restaurants also in the vicinity, Subway also in the same row.

Cons:

Soundproofing could be better imho. especially the outside sound comes from motorcycle, lorries, cars that passes by the hotel everyday.

Mixed - great minimalist provisions especially for the price, but noise from road disrupted sleep.
Pros:

Value for money, given how modern and well-furnished the room was.

Cons:

Room was right by the main road, I couldn’t fall asleep throughout the night due to the noise. Aircon was somewhat weak and could only be switched on when key card was slotted in.
