Pros:

Nothing , only the beautiful young lady working at the front. Great hospitality! Other than that the facility sucks.

Cons:

Never get a room on the second floor ALL HAVE ROACHESin the beds, floors, and on the wall , smells like sewer, old smoke , clogged up sinks with dirty water and roaches crawling out of them in room 209.

Nothing. Worst experience ever.

Cons:

First, not sure what smuck broke the sink faucet so we had no water from the sink during our stay. You would think someone would have noted this and closed the room down until it was fixed. The room was filthy. Black water running off your feet in the shower the next morning after walking barefoot in the room is disgusting. I would question why you are paying anyone to clean the rooms or maybe you don’t. The room was in poor condition. An old cabin in the woods would have been better. Lastly, breathing in marijuana all night was not what I signed up for. I did not opt to be part of the party but obviously there are no rules when it comes to smoking and being courteous to other lodgers. I would have thought it was abandoned due to the number of cobwebs, mold, and ceiling that looked like it could fall in at any time. Beds were horrible and it felt extremely uncleanly with linens and towels that looked stained and dirty. I would not send anyone I know to stay here. The homeless deserve better. This place should be shut down as it does not meet any standards. Would like a refund.

I came here with my family and the room they originally booked us for had no blankets or sheets on the bed. It smelled like cigarettes and had trash all around the facility. I highly recommend not staying there. Not worth the money.

It was suitably restful, the wifi worked, this place could benefit from targeted investment.

The property was tatty, in a poor state of repair, as soon as you left the lobby.

Cons:

The property needs a serious investment. Sink faucet was loose, toilet paper dispensor was falling out of the wall, curtains looked like they were shredded by a trapped tiger, lighting has been stripped down to two lamps in the room (online photos show some miraculous paradise of well-lit rooms and real scrambled eggs in the breakfast menu, nooo), upper walkway ceiling had a terrible leak that was gushing rain onto the walkway floor, come on!

First off I booked through booking .com and used Klarna the lady told me she canceled my room because I didn’t want to stay but I see she didn’t . I wouldn’t of got this message… but this was horrible
