Convenient place to stay in San Clemente
Pros:

The location was great and even though it was right next to the I 5 freeway, it was very quiet in our room. Parking space in covered area was included . Linens and towels were very nice. Pretty nice balcony, even though the chairs could use some new pads.

Cons:

Check in at 4 PM
Kurig Coffee was on the weak side

the open entry setting is nice,& the little wooden room key cute ..

I would Not recommend this hotel,thefront desk agent was not able to accommodate my request for type of room, did not provide any information about the wifi, laundry, or my request for a late check out when I inquired and seemed inconvenienced to assist. Even Worse was house keepers that entered my room 2x , early in the morning when I was sleeping !!!!When I spoke with the front desk agent I was informed I should have answered the door, ( which i attempted from my slumber) & put a sign on it! This hotel does Not have a fitness room, and super disappointing was the pool and spa were both closed for repairs!!!
They don't offer any breakfast just kurig limited to 2 coffe selections and with fake creamer and chocolatechipcookies, nor was water available in the lobby. I needed to do laundry and they called me to rush me out at 11am.
I will never choose this hotel brand again....

Very clean rooms, location feels homie and the sea view was nice, we will plan to go back next year for our weekend getaway 😀

NO ME CAMBIARON LAS TOALLAS, DE UN DIA PARA EL OTRO; NO LIMPIARON LA HABITACION DE UN DIA PARA OTRO. ALFOMBRAS SUCIAS EN AREAS COMUNES. ELEVADOR SUCIO. Solo al registrarme encontre un empleado en el lobby, despues estaba solo el lobby, sin personal aparente.
