Loved San Clemente but would not stay at this hotel again.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The pool borders I-5. The furniture and carpeting need deep cleaning. It is a mile from the beach. The free breakfast was pathetic.

Only One elevator that broke down, we had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs with luggage in 80 degree heat.

Cons:

Front desk insisted that “card was declined” from booking.com and that only one of our two rooms was paid for so gave us one room at first. After we researched our purchase and confirmed we had paid for two rooms, they refused to disclose how much was paid and how much two rooms cost. It took a large chunk of our one evening to get them to give us the second room we had already paid for before arrival.

- hot tub and elevator were out of order and there was no fitness room which was one of the musts we had checked on our search and their website said they had one

Clean rooms except the hall ways. Without the leak and creepy lady it would have been great.

Cons:

The leaking from the ceiling , the technician or maintenance gentleman came in and placed towels to stop the leak from condensation. And the weird thing , there’s a lady walking around in all floors taking elevator with guests and just wandering every floors and creepy.

Konumu ,sıcak havuzu ,odaları güzeldi.Personel ilgiliydi.Loby de kahve çay ikramı var. Lobby katında arıtmadan su alınabilir.kahvaltı yoktu olsa mükemmel olacaktı.

Cons:

Kahvaltı yok.Çamaşırhane var diye oteli tercik ettim arızalı dendi.Yolun karşısındaki çamaşırhanelere çamaşır taşımak zorunda kaldım. En azından bu ücretin karşılanması lazımdı.

It was definitely not worth the money. The amenities need a major overhaul.

Th staff was very accommodating and courteous.

Cons:

The rooms were extremely dirty and unkept. The furniture in the room was run down, dirty and stained. Even the furniture in the lobby was dirty.

Pros:

The location is very good.

Cons:

When I booked, it said free on site parking, no reservations needed. When we checked in they wanted to charge $20.00 per night to park in their garage. I pulled out the app on my phone that clearly stated free parking. They did take the charge off, but be sure to check.
