Ok. Not what the room was worth
Phone didn’t work. No room cleaning because I stayed 2 nights.
Availability and location. Very clean and comfortable bed.
There were very noisy neighbors next to us. It seemed they worked for the hotel and were doing repair in the next room.
Also- breadfeastbwas disappointing. Food was over cooked and service was not good.
Location was good. Grounds were outstanding. We even took pictures!
Room was not ready when we arrived at check in time.
The accommodations were nice. Big firm king sized bed and pull out queen couch.
Big pool and a tennis court were nice.
The little bar was welcomed after a long drive. Really cutting the main building.
Room was not so clean. Carpet needs replaced or shampooed and the sofa needed cleaned as well. Paint peeling in bathroom. Shower pan stained.
Breakfast closed @ 10:30 on a Sunday. We were really hoping to have breakfast before we left.
We paid $321 per night. Seamed like the room could have been better. I’d go back as most places are over $400 nightly. Hopefully Hilton sees this and they can do better.
Great pillows
Bed was hard
The location was terrible with road noise all night.
This is NOT a four star hotel. It is barely a two star facility. Old and tired describes the facility best. The only amenity was the indoor swimming pool. Otherwise the street noise and the general condition of the room were major negatives. I was mislead by the rating on the description as a four star location and that is my complaint. Advertising that oversells a hotel undermines the whole idea of agents like booking.com.
Great location, clean, well themed for New Mexico
The staff was helpful at front desk also at the bar and in the restaruant
The room smelled musty and just didn't feel the cleanest
Location was great!
Rooms need to be updated with more electrical outlets! Looks like they took an outdated motel and they did a lipstick remodel on it to call it a hotel and increase nightly cost!
Not very handicapped friendly place tried to find a place to eat couldn’t came back to the hotel the restaurant was only open until 10 then reopened at 5 pm we were very disappointed
Not handicapped friendly not easy for getting a decent meal
Breakfast wasn’t included
Front desk is sweet friendly and helpful pool was nice and warm even the restaurant was good rooms could need a upgrade and the ice machines
