The room was nice but we did find some evidence that it was not as clean as we expected.
There is no breakfast
It was dirty
Loved the location , loved the clean and modern design. It smelled clean except the hallway to the casino but that's ok because the 1st floor is a smoking section of the casino and we already knew that was expected. Loved the electrician guy because our TV volume and speakers didn't work and he stayed until 730pm trying to fix it , even brought up a brand new TV but unfortunately the I T department didn't feel it was necessary to help him actually set it up and sync it.
I always turn the TV on wherever we stay , for the sound and of course to make sure everything works, but unfortunately our TV volume and speakers didn't work and no sound came out. We immediately called down to the front desk and a darker skinned lady came up with a new remote, but that wasn't the issue, it was the TV. She was not pleasant at all and just said "I don't know what to do for you because we are sold out for the night", which is fine and true (because I checked). Thankfully the electrician guy ended up coming and really tried to help us, but nothing worked and he brought us a new TV. The electrician guy was trying to get ahold of I T. But apparently customer issues are not their issue on Friday nights. We had to end up leaving our hotel room for about 3 hours just so we weren't in the guys way , we didn't get to come in the room and shower and unpack and just decompress for a bit. The I T guys finally came upstairs on Saturday afternoon and tried to set up and sync the TV system to the hotel so we could watch live TV or movies or whatever but they couldn't even get it to work. Thankfully the new TV did have sound so I had to use my phone all weekend and cast shows and movies from my phone to the TV. We didn't make a big deal out of it because we know shyt happens and the manager did finally call us on Saturday afternoon as well and let us know he will comp the room and taxes, so we're just waiting for the money to come back to the card to see if he followed through with it.
We were on our own for breakfast. Room was very clean. Hotel was connected with the Casino which was nice we didn't have to go outside all weekend since it was -6 outside with windchill.
1. I had requested rooms near each other, they were not and they were on different floors. 2. Beds are to high. We were supposedly in a handicap room which is supposed to have one high bed and one lower to the floor. There were two high beds which we could have used a stool to get on the bed. 3. The thermostat did not work very well. We were cold. 4. There was only 1 chair in the room and no table to eat on. You either had to scramble up onto the bed or stand if someone else was using the chair. 5. The rooms were at the very end of some very long hallways. No close room location accommodation for a handicap person. I have Heart issues and cannot walk very far. It was very hard for me to get to the room because of the long distance to walk.
Everything was good

I took my husband there to celebrate his 88th birthday. We played for a while and then went up to our room. Apparently someone staying in the room above us brought their children and left them alone in the room. The children were running back and forth continually. We call the service desk three time within an hour until someone finally took care of the situation. Totally unacceptable!! We will not be back.
The handicapped accessible room was great. The hotel accommodations for the handicapped individuals was outstanding. Right down to the pool lift.
There were no options for vegan at this location! We had to go out side of the property to eat if we wanted more than a side salad.
The casino was also a major let down. There were very little tables open unless you wanted to play blackjack. The main focus was the slot machines, no Leno room, no bingo room, Very disappointing for a Bally’s
