It was not worth the price!

The casino in the same building and the pool n gym

Cons:

There was no complementary breakfast. I paid $350 for a room and they wouldn’t let me do a late checkout. The price I was given online was a different price that I was given when I got there because I was not with my fiancé, I was unable to change and receive a credit back for a reservation. I had made an hour prior to arriving at Bally’s hotel, so I had to pay full price for the hotel room. I didn’t even stay in.
The girl at the front desk was not very friendly at all she barely speaks. She doesn’t explain anything. She don’t smile. She don’t have any emotion that she expresses basically a yes, no answer and if it requires anything more than that, it’s very short and brief and comes off rude.

It was beautiful and clean, but not so much in visitor convenience. Photo shows full size cooler.

The cleanliness of the room and bedding.

Cons:

Extremely difficult to climb into bed because it was way to tall. There was only single chair in the room. We had to take turns sitting. No table of any sort (desk, chair, ottoman, side or coffee table) to be able to eat/drink, work, or drink coffee on.

The right stay in comfort
Pros:

Location was nice and amenities were comfortable.

Cons:

Smoking, no access to microwave and sheets had old blood on it. I simple removed the sheet and advised housekeepers…no fuss

Won't stay here again unless I'm offered a good deal.
Cons:

Overpriced, if we wanted to check in early they charge an extra 30 dollars on an already overpriced room. I did plenty of gambling and they wouldn't but it in rewards card because I booked in advancence

High prices for room. Which is very noisy. You could hear people next to us. getting off the elevato

Was able to check in at 3:00PM

Cons:

I feel it's too expensive for a room. The pool needs to be cleaned. Having room outside elevator was very noisy all of the time.

One of the best stay so far for us in RI. Will be our go to spot.
Pros:

The room. Smelled clean and was very clean and up to date.

Cons:

Front desk person who checked me in. She was very dismissive until the other person stepped in and helped.
