Hotel emailed before my stay stating there was no hot water and gave me the option to cancel . Well I called and cancelled and they still charged my card the next day !

Pros:

One of the elevators didn’t go up to our floor. Breakfast offerings were subpar. It seemed like this hotel was really nice 20 years ago.

Very clean and mostly quiet. Gibson was great.

Even Gio. Management doesn't appreciate him., they was she talked to him was crazy. Other than that my experience was great

Excellent, wish I could have stayed longer!
Pros:

The rooms are so nice and decorated with taste. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice! The lounge area is very nice and the bartender we had that night was amazing!

My favorite hotel in Chicago! I will be back!
Pros:

Location was great. I LOVED my room. It was comfortable and had cool.drcor. I loved the lobby, the seating areas, the little areas you could hang out in. Staff very friendly and accommodating
