The Verve hotel has a Nostalgic atmosphere yet very vibrant. Each floor has a little different theme to it ranging from SciFi to various hit movies and stars. Check in was easy and the rooms were spacious and clean. Despite being adjacent to major highways, the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is served but tends to be $$. A mall is directly across the road, which features groceries, a foot court, many clothing stores, and gaming such as Dave and Busters. Parking is free, and abundant.

No refrigerator & what is it about your TV’s & those remotes that don’t work, we had the same remote & TV in NY Hilton Garden Inn, frustrating
Great atmosphere and place to stay. Would come again. Susan was great!
The room didn't have hot water. When taking a shower it was cold. When telling the staff the comment was" you should have called". No sorry or positive comment. I had to leave for appointment and no time for staff to fix hot water. My wife did not get a shower. I would expect hot water.
The Verve recently hosted our 125 person event in the Apollo room. The banquet staff was great! Everyone one was amazing, from Mackenzie in the planning portion stage to Robin and her team including banquet staff like Debbie! We felt so welcome. Do not hesitate to host an event at the Verve!

Location was convenient. Staff friendly.
No outdoor common areas. Beds uncomfortable. No free coffee. Breakfast not included or higher rate per night. Fitness center no ventilation, very hot, sun beams through the glass, some equipment out of order. Charged for in room bottled water. The facility definately not what I expected for a Hilton hotel. Cleaning staff removed my coffee tray and empty cans from my bedside table took my bottle return money option. They didnt leave enough toilet paper always had to ask.

Cool hotel. Attentive staff. Very comfortable beds! Excellent breakfast buffet and friendly helpful staff. We were impressed by the speed and attentiveness of the front desk staff in accommodating are needs. All in all one of the best stays we have ever experience!

The price of drinks in the bar was pretty steep. I watched the second half of a basketball game in there, enjoyed myself but wasn't thrilled with the total of the bill.
La cama fue lo mejor del hotel junto con la ubicación
Desde el inicio, la recepcionista que nos recibió fue terrible, mal educada, descortés, no nos entregó las 2 habitaciones, si no que solo 1, le tuve que insistir para que entregara la otra habitación, después al día siguiente en el desayuno, descubrí que tampoco nos entregó los voucher de desayuno. Además, anoto mal el nombre de el otro huésped, por lo que no lograba conectarse a WIFI en la habitación. El desayuno, por el costo, de muy mala calidad, poca variedad, huevo frio, jugo de mala calidad. Deja mucho que desear. No realizaron la habitación el primer día, teniendo la habitación desocupada hasta las 16:00 hrs. No lo recomendaría.
The hotel has an eclectic vibe, the decor was fun. Theme should be carried into the room decor, as it was quite staid and uninteresting. Clean enough,
The vanilla smell in the entry, lobby was off putting, too cloying. No mention of the other amenities in the hotel, such as breakfast hours, pool, etc was offered at check in. Not even where to find the elevator, which was quite far from the desk. The climate control unit in the room was noisy and was woken up by the dumpster being emptied at 6 am. Overall stay was just acceptable, nothing exceptional.
