Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Das Geld absolut nicht wert.

Reinigungspersonal ist nett und auf zack, Ebenso der Hausmeister der unser Waschbecken repaiert hat. KEIN Teppichboden sondern Holzboden was in den USA eher selten ist.

Cons:

Die Lage war ok, grundsätzlich genügend Parkplätze, es sei denn es ist ein Event (Was bei uns mal der Fall war), dann musste man mit Glück einen Parkplatz finden. Frühstück ist ein Witz, dafür auch noch Geld zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit. Personal am Empfang ist absolut nicht hilfreich. Bauarbeiten im Hotel die geamten 3 Wochen mit entsprechender Lärmentwicklung. Bei Events bzw. gernerell wird vom Personal NICHT darauf geachtet ob Läute lärmend durch die Gänge laufen, egal ob um 22:00 oder mitten in der Nacht um 3 Uhr Morgens. Wäsche waschen ist auch jederzeit möglich was zu ständig anhaltenden Lärmpegeln führt. Teilweise wird der Waschmaschinenraum um 22:00 gereinigt und das lautstark. Die Türschließer sind schlecht eingestellt so dass ständig Türen knallen. In unserem Zimmer war die Türe total verzogen, großer Spalt unten bzw. auch seitlich. Somit keinerlei Lärmdämmung. Teilweise wird mitten in der Nacht gegen Türen gehämmert und in Zimmern gibt es geschrei/gefluche. Die Möbel sehr alt und verschlissen mit zerissenen Polstern, Lampen dreckig mit Spritzern von was auch immer darauf. Unter das Bett sollte man eben falls nicht sehen da sehr schmutzig. Da wird vermutlich nicht mal 1x im Jahr gesaugt. Unser Waschbecken im Bad war BEI ANKUNFT verstopft. Wäre das Zimmer gereinigt worden, hätte man das sofort bemerkt. Das Frühstück ist eine reine Glückssache da teilweise weder ein Stück Obst noch Milch für das Müsli da war oder kein Müsli, dafür Milch. Wenn man nachfragt ob dies aufgefüllt werden kann hießt es entweder "ist aus" (Großhandel ist direkt um die Ecke, ebenso ein Walmart) oder es wird in die Küche gelaufen nur um sich zu verstecken und auch nach 1 Stunde nichts nachzufüllen. Ansonsten gibt es noch verpackte Muffins die nicht wirklich gut sind, verpackte Fruchtschälchen wahlweise Mandarine oder Aprikose, je nachdem was da ist. Manchmal auch garnichts. Manchmal Bagels, manchmal Frischkäse. Das wars im großen und ganzen.

The separate tented areas in the pool were nice

Cons:

Breakfast being included was nice, but the breakfast itself was hardly anything. Every other hotel breakfast I've ever been to at least had options like eggs and toast. This breakfast was only packaged muffins, some applesauce, boxed cereals, and waffles.
