I accidentally left my sandals and let them know when I’d be returning since we paid to use their parking. When we arrived, no one answered or opened the door for almost 10 minutes — I had to call the sales number just to get someone to respond. When he finally opened the door, he said no one told him anything and that he didn’t have access to lost and found.

We’re hardly ever in Chicago, so in the end they kept my property. The beds were hard, customer service was rude, and overall the experience was terrible. They’ve completely lost my business.

Great service, slow drain
Pros:

Tub wouldn't drain fast enough, I mentioned it to staff 3x, they did nothing. Otherwise evening was great.

Accommodating staff
Pros:

Staff was accommodating, facility seems a bit dated, definitely a solid mid-tier option. Parking lot is a bit confusing. There is a charge to park of $15/day

Location is good
Pros:

Location was good and close to the airport. Just what I needed. Room was surprisingly very clean.

Great park and fly
Pros:

The staff made parking a breeze from arrival. The room was clean and well cared for. It was very quiet even though it was quite full and next to the airport.
The staff took the morning shuttle chaos and made it easy, efficient and stress free. This is my new way to travel out of ohare for now on.

Great accommodations near O'Hare, we'll be back!
Pros:

We appreciated the convenience and punctuality of the airport shuttle, great drivers and always on time! The property was super clean and modern, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and staff was helpful and friendly. We didn't get to enjoy the lounge area, but we hope to next time. The vibe looks chill, yet welcoming!

Pros:

The room was great. The check-in staff were super friendly.

Cons:

Parking was a bit of a challenge as we had to follow the shuttle to remote parking. Though not far, it would have been nice to have knowledge right off the bat so as to avoid the bottleneck at the front entry.
