Cons:

I think the hotel is good although they should clean up litter outside. Keep coffee and creamer stocked in rooms. Have better hand soap in bathroom.

The property was clean. Staff were polite and professional.

Cons:

I specifically booked a room with a microwave.. checked in and went to my room to find no microwave. Called the front desk .. the nice lady offered to change my room but couldn't guarantee the new room would have one either.

We had four people in our room.They tried to comp us a King size bed instead of our two Queen beds REALLY
Cons:

My room was horrible odor and carpet was soaked. Asked them to check the room. They told me they checked it and I would be good. Went back to room and odor was worse and carpet still soaked.

Room showers were not access to hight . Room closet was not finish for storing clothing. Missing closet hangers. Limited handicap rooms . Street traffic was loud at night. Brunch food cold and not worth price. Missing valuable in room safe.

Not the Marriott experience you expect
Pros:

Not sure why Marriott would brand this hotel. The Delta line is supposed to be upscale. If that's what you're looking for don't choose this location. My room complaints: room darkening window shade that doesn't go fully down (chain issue), tub that collects three inches of water while you're showering, shower cutain not long enough to reach the side of the tub resulting in water on the floor - this was my second room - they had to move me because my first room was dirty (sheets, bathroom, trash). Some kind of weird restaurant - breakfast included? - I got tickets to use each morning but the offerings were meager (nothing to drink - only the free coffee in the lobby) and not good - ended up taking my kids out to breakfast. Other people in my party had poor experiences with cleanliness and bugs and had to move rooms. None of the nice amenities that you look for in a Marriott - like lemon water in the lobby or pool. Could have been better and not a typical Marriott.

Pros:

Spacious room and comfortable bed

Cons:

Delay in checking in even though it was 4 pm and the hotel was less than 50% occupied; terrible non stop leaky shower head; TV not functioning and staff/front desk not responsive.
