The staff are all pleasant, patient and helpful.

Cons:

Funcionários antipáticos! Camareiras entram no quarto mesmo com cartão na porta dizendo NÃO Incomode! e entram acordando os hóspedes sem pedir desculpas. RECEPÇÃO ciente e seguem os incômodos de querer arrumar o quarto 8h da manhã com hóspedes dormindo. NÃO VALE O VALOR,NÃO VALE O ESTRESSE .Existem muitos hotéis nessa localização então não indico nem para inimigo
Café da manhã a parte ,ruim e em salão extremamente apertado! Nota 1 para o hotel e só não dou zero pela localização.

We very much enjoyed the location and staff.
Pros:

I liked the location as we had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. It was also a quick walk to the Big Bus tour. The staff was very helpful and professional.

Cons:

It was a very hot week and we would have liked better air conditioning. The room was cool

I appreciate the helpfulness of staff, front dest Victor was very accommodating and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect - walking to all major ikon , best streets to enjoy the architecture, the cafes on every corner, room had AC. I loved the Hotel and would recommend to my friends.

Cons:

Washing clothes mashine was not working to my standard, or maybe we didn’t know how properly use it - i wish there were instructions posted in English. Also it didn’t have hair shampoo / conditioner- we have to have our own. But the hand soap and wash was excellent. Plenty towels.

Pros:

Fiquei encantada porque nós colocaram em um quarto com varanda com vista para a Torre Eiffel. Foi um presentão! Recepcionistas muito atenciosos, café-da-manhã muito bom, quarto bom, confortável, e localização bem legal, com Bia estrutura de bares e restaurantes por perto e pertinho do Trocadeiro.
