Pros:

The location was amazing, the staff were very friendly.
We had a disabled accessible room that was very easy to get into.
The only issue was we couldn't access the breakfast area due to it being down some stairs. That being said the hotel said they could bring the selection of foods up to us, which was more than enough for us.

Cons:

We were happy with this choice and can't think of anything.

Pros:

Excellent location. It's within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe and excellent restaurants and cafes. The room overlooked the Eiffel Tower.

Comfortable, Convenient, Best Location
Pros:

We enjoyed a superb view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. The location was excellent, with proximity to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysées, and the Eiffel Tower. The staff were friendly and accommodating; SHAHEEN provided exceptional service, ensuring our accommodation was comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing really, because this was my third stay with them and it's consistently been a pleasure to stay in this hotel.

The damage deposit (150+ EUR), this is something that I've rarely seen trough my travels and to be honest I wasn't aware of it given it is mentioned in the phone app under "Legal"... which nobody ever reads.
