Pros:

I liked everything. It was quiet at night, and the rooms and breakfasts were good. The street offers a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. There are plenty of cafes and bars nearby. A really great spot. I recommend it!

La ubicación

Cons:

Las personas no son tolerantes con los visitantes especialmente en el restaurante. Es un costo muy alto respecto al servicio que brindan en la habitación en términos de elementos de aseo que generan confort. Es incomodo trasladarse a planchar la ropa en un espacio común. Las habitaciones son incómodas

Esse cortiço é péssimo, os bordéis da Paris da Belle Époque deviam ter mais estrutura.
Pros:

Gostei de ir embora, para não dizer que não gostei de absolutamente nada, preciso reconhecer que a vista da calçada era realmente muito bonita.

Também faço questão de elogiar o pessoal do staff (zeladoria, cozinha e limpeza), que foi extremamente solícito e me ajudou em diversos momentos, muitas vezes suprindo falhas que o próprio hotel não conseguiu resolver nem no básico.

Cons:

Praticamente tudo deixou a desejar: o atendimento na recepção, o café da manhã, o custo-benefício, o quarto e até mesmo a estrutura do hotel. Não havia ar-condicionado funcionando na recepção, e o do meu quarto não resfriava adequadamente, a ponto de precisarem levar um aparelho portátil para amenizar a situação. Para completar, na última noite houve uma queda de energia e a rede elétrica do hotel não suportou a demanda, fazendo com que passássemos a noite inteira sem eletricidade e sem ar-condicionado, em pleno calor.

O episódio mais difícil de entender, no entanto, aconteceu no check-in. Cheguei um pouco antes do horário e pedi apenas para adiantar a parte burocrática, sem qualquer intenção de receber o quarto antecipadamente. Ainda assim, a recepcionista se recusou a realizar o procedimento e me fez esperar cerca de 20 minutos, em uma recepção quente, sem climatização e sem qualquer organização. Quando finalmente chegou a hora de fazer o check-in, três pessoas que haviam chegado depois de mim foram atendidas antes.

La mejor ubicación en París ❤️
Pros:

La ubicación hacíamos muchas cosas a pie ya que esta a 10 minutos de la torre eiffel y a unos minutos del arco del triunfo, el vecindario es muy seguro nunca me sentí insegura pero lo más bonito fue que desde mi habitación se veía la torre

Cons:

Que me cobraron €150 euros como garantía ante daños y no me han regresado el dinero ya han pasado 2 días y ellos dijeron que ese mismo día quedaba el reembolso

Localização perfeita.
Pros:

A localização é realmente o melhor do hotel. Muito bem localizado. Hotel bonito e de uma forma simples.

Cons:

Estava muito quente em Paris. O ar condicionado nao consegue gelar bem. Mas é uma questao de central de ar.

Cons:

Room small…Entrance to bathroom tight, would benefit from a hook in the bathroom to hang towel or clothes when taking a shower.. no glasses in bar.
