Hopefully other best westerns follow suit with this location.
Pros:

Best western is lucky to have the person at the desk when we arrived.
Receptionist lady at 4pm Monday afternoon was wonderful with details for our stay. The cookies she made and provided for guests were delicious.
Updated, clean, great breakfast and coffee.

The breakfast was excellent! The rooms need some updating and deep cleaning.

The rooms were a little run down. The room smelled musty. The beds were small with two double beds being the only option for a room with two beds in it.

Ashley, the night concierge was AMAZING. Genuinely such a sweetheart. Comfortable bed, room felt clean. Breakfast was pretty decent, wouldn't have minded a bit more variety but hey it's free.

Cons:

Room felt muggy, smelled of mildew but wasn't noticeable once we turned down the air. The pictures definitely look nicer than reality. With that being said, I think it was worth the cost. The daytime concierge was not as friendly, I tried to bring up an issue with our room door not locking and she wouldn't even come to the desk, never noticed I was there she was so focused on her phone.

Room had a musty smell to it. Employee name badge stuck me in the leg was tangled in sheets
