Good location with friendly staff, breakfast quality was a let down though.

Lovely spaceous room, great friendly staff, good service

Cons:

Room was warm, meant we had the windows open which in the morning meant we could hear general noise & staff chatting & smell the smoke from their smoking. Not idea if your wanted a lie in. Breakfast was a slight let down, as we were expecting a good hearty countryside cooked breakfast but let down by a national chain breakfast with cheap ingredients, however restaurant staff couldn't be more attentive tho.

Good Budget Inn
Pros:

Good pub, the staff were friendly, had a decent Sunday roast. My room was in the annexe next door and was comfortable. Make sure you register your car at reception if using the car park

Cozy stay, good food but slow service
Pros:

Breakfast and food was very good.
Room was comfortable, though a bit cramped.

Cons:

The hotel is understaffed. There was only one staff manning the bar, reception and restaurant, which made service very slow.

Pros:

We have stayed overnight many times and we have never been disappointed. The staff are always pleasant and attentive. The rooms have always been clean. We expect to stay there again very soon.

A great weekend away
Pros:

My second visit to this inn, and j love it, rooms are comfortable, beds amazing, Staff are so friendly and helpful.

My mate tripped on a wooden carpet strip ,sprained her ankle ,being looked into by Marstons
