My stay was okay.

I requested a washcloth because there was only 3 and it was 4 of us in the room, I also requested paper towels, I was told someone would bring it to the room……I never received either.

Breakfast exceeded expectations for healthy options. Room clean, decor simple; bed very comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent - far exceeded expectations.
- Very clean dining area.
- Exceptionally healthy food/beverage options. e.g. Skim milk, almond milk, lactaid milk, white egg omelettes, pot of home-cooked oatmeal & healthy walnut, cranberry, cinnamon toppings, nonfat greek yogurt, fresh fruit, whole grain bread, bran cereal.
- Exceptionally kind servicce and management interested in my observations.

Bed and bedding was very comfortable and warm/cozy.

Room & bathroom were very clean and remodeled.

Front desk let me checkout late because I had an unusual schedule and had barely any sleep the night before. Very kind.

Cons:

Noisy guest on a phone call business meeting in the lobby -- did not use ear phones or respect other guests. Other guests waiting in the lobby had to listen not only to his loud, unpleasant voice, but also had to his colleagues in the meeting on his speaker phone! Extremely inconsiderate. The Front Desk should have asked him to go to his room or another closed common room, or use head phones instead of speaker phone. Spoiled the end of my stay, could not have a quiet conversation myself.

We enjoyed a clean and comfortable hotel at a convenient location for weary travelers.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than all of the other properties we stayed during our trip. The bath was clean and water pressure was excellent. We particularly liked the close proximity to good restaurants and the train station for our trip into Philadelphia.

Cons:

Honestly we didn't have any significant complaints.

Lovely place to stay with the family. Will come again!
Pros:

I can see why this hotel has good reviews. It is family friendly and great value for the price. The room was great, and the breakfast was nice as well. The only problem was everyone tried to come for breakfast at the same time, so the staff had a hard time keeping up. That's not their fault. The team was working hard and we could see it.

Cons:

Restroom had a slight smell in it, but no big problem. Would still come again for sure.
