Overall good.
Pros:

Located in an ideal location. 2 min walk for the MRT, lots of food stalls, super markets, 7-Eleven shops nearby. Gym and rooftop swimming pool facility is best. Staff provide us both early check-in and late check-out, which was super convenient for us to align out flight timing.

Cons:

There was a upgrade in progress. Time to time there were some noises, but not much disturbing. Also, little outdated looking rooms, probably that's why the upgrade is in progress.

Overall Good Stay
Pros:

Stayed for 4 nights in a suite with our two daughters (6 and 1). The suite was on the smaller side so we shared a bed with our eldest rather than getting an extra bed in.

Check in was a bit chaotic especially as my husband is Diamond.

The room was very clean and good amenities.

Breakfast was good and the staff in the restaurant were fantastic.

Pool area also great and clean.

Location we found easy to walk to MRT or get a Grab.

We had lounge access but the breakfast was lacking in there and we couldn’t take our kids in the evening.

Pros:

Hotel was at a strategic location, just a few minutes away from Orchard Road.

Cons:

The hotel is under renovation and it was not mentioned on booking.com. The staff informed me renovations will only start at 10am however, at 9 am they had started knocking and even after I had made a call informing them about the noise, it didn't stop.
At 10 am they decided to start drilling even though they did not stop knocking.
