Pulizia, posizione, gentilezza. Non si e’ potuto usufruire della piscina perché in ristrutturazione. Ci hanno offerto upgrade della stanza, uso dell’executive lounge anche per colazione, uso della piscina del vicino hotel Concorde + un voucher per consumo interno all’hotel.
Location was perfect. Just 2 minutes walk from Orchard Road. Great hotel. Great and very helpfull staff. Nice and clean rooms. I would definitly book again in the future.
Our first room we got, started to smell with chemicals, this because of the renovation, which was ongoing, without any questions they switched our room. The first room had a great view, but the second one did not have great view.

Great in everything. Bathroom and showers were great. Comfortable beds and great linen.

Nice breakfast, the staff was helpful. Location is okay in terms of both taxi and access to public transportation.
Swimming pool under reconstruction with option to use one in a nearby hotel. During daytime the reconstruction noise was audible throughout the hotel. The hotel did inform us a few days ahead about that, though. FX ATM machine offers rates 20% (!) below the market rate, reminded me of those at Prague airport.
The location to Orchard Road, eateries and the subway was good.
The new beds were horribly hard (like sleeping on a rock) and unbeknown at the time of booking a room with double beds, did not realise they are smaller in size in Singapore - equate to a king single in other parts of the world which made sleeping arrangements challenging.
Was only advised 3 days prior to arrival swimming pool had been closed for renovations. Interesting project management choice during the hotter / humid months of the year. However arrangements were made to access another hotels swimming pool approximately 5 minute walk away.
