Great Value for money. Hopefully we will return to Singapore and we will definitely stay here
Pros:

Staff were superb, very friendly from moment you arrive to moment you leave. They arranged a Birthday cake for my daughter which was a nice touch. Room was great. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Taxi ride from the "main" areas such as Marina Bay Sands and Raffles etc but not expensive. So if you want to walk to these areas this may not be for you but honestly, value you pay for room far outweighs the small taxi fares (and Concierge are always on hand to book you a taxi)

Pros:

Renovations going on and very noisy. Entrance blocked due to renovation. This should have been on the booking.com website when I booked

Don't get confused with the other Holiday Inn Express on the same street!
Pros:

Beds were comfy, close enough to shops, easy access to transportation if needed. No shuttle to or from the airport but uber was easy enough to order during out stay.

Cons:

They need more signs on the lifts to where the new check in counter is while they are renovating, also where the breakfast is. The staff was helpful enough to redirect us everytime but would be easier if we didn't need to ask someone.

Will return this is my go to hotel I stay twice a month
Pros:

Location fantastic

Cons:

The hotel is renovate the moment all good, just the drop off point is closed and taxi’s are getting confused and driving past.had to wait another ten minutes as taxi couldn’t come in didn’t realise and drove around the bloke again

Cons:

Its great to see that works are happening to upgrade but it would have been good to know before booking or offered a refund. We appreciated the alternative arrangement for the pool but it was a big inconvenience and that was the main reason we booked here.

A great "base" to stay in Singapore - especially if you're there to shop, or for the entertainment!
Pros:

The people. Saravanan and Irfan and the other gentleman at the reception whose name escapes me at the moment made our stay special! Having said that - It's very hard reviewing hotels in Singapore because one spends so little time in them. This time though we had an excellent meal at the Indian restaurant which was excellent - and singlehandedly handled by Mr. Saravanan, who did an excellent job, catering to our whole group of tired, crazy shoppers!

Cons:

The hotel did inform us that there were renovations being undertaken during our stay there, so we weren't surprised when there was noise of heavy machinery working - in all honestly, this wasn't much of an issue because we were not at the hotel for many hours of the day!
