Pros:

Hotel was at a strategic location, just a few minutes away from Orchard Road.

Cons:

The hotel is under renovation and it was not mentioned on booking.com. The staff informed me renovations will only start at 10am however, at 9 am they had started knocking and even after I had made a call informing them about the noise, it didn't stop.
At 10 am they decided to start drilling even though they did not stop knocking.

lounge bar 很不錯，人不多，食物好吃，櫃檯人員和大廳人員都很親切，房間內插頭很多，冷氣也很涼

Very nice Hotel, highly recommended.
Pros:

Hotel location is really close to the Subway and shopping mall, you can grab foods easily, there,re many laundry stores nearby. Staffs in the Hotel are all very friendly and helpful, room is big and the bed is very comfortable.

Cons:

Some Equipments are quite old, including towel and sheets, towel and sheet is highly recommended to renew at once. But staffs can help replace the new one in very short moment, which is great.

Pros:

Lovely staff, nice big pool and great location. Decent size room. Nice clean bathroom

The television in our room was old and the picture quality wasn't great. Outdated connections too, no hdmi.
Pillows were too soft, even the firm ones.

Pros:

早餐蠻好吃，房間很舒適，吹風機風超大很好用。幫我們安排住在連通的家庭房，非常貼心。離附近的商場和捷運都不遠，交通蠻方便的。

Cons:

住宿四個晚上有兩個晚上熱水都不熱，洗了涼水澡，第一天反應後說是下午下大雨馬達故障重新啟動後過20分鐘有變熱，第三天又發生一次，另一個維修人員來看過後也沒再回來回報問題，水也沒變熱，洗起來很冷。

Buena estadía. Comoda y de fácil acceso

Grande y con buenos servicios. Recomiendo sacar la estadía con acceso al lounge. Es muy bueno ese servicio, con comidas ligeras y bebidas y tragos sin cargo.

De ligging is oké.

Cons:

Drie nachten in februari 2026 verbleven. Wij boekten een kamer met twee 2-persoons bedden. De bedden waren echter vrij smal waardoor we ieder met een kind in bed moesten liggen omdat het anders niet paste. Kamer was oud en muffig. Wat ons het meest tegenviel van een hotel als Holiday Inn was het ontbijt. Het was chaotisch druk, we moesten zo’n 10 minuten in een rij wachten totdat we eindelijk een tafel hadden. Vervolgens bleek ook bijna alles op te zijn; geen glazen, geen fruit, geen yoghurt, niks. De ontbijt zaal is ook veel te klein voor de hoeveelheid mensen. Je kan amper tussen de tafeltjes lopen. Voor bijna €300,- per nacht had ik zeker meer verwacht.

Excellent North Indian cuisine in the heart of Orchard
Pros:

We had a lovely lunch on the first day of Chinese New Year, and Sara the restaurant assistant manager was so pleasant. We had several great dishes. The cheese naan, vegetarian biryabi, fish tikka is a must order. Excellent and will be back.

Really comfortable and relaxed
Pros:

Lovely staff and so helpful. I had booked the hotel for my wife, daughter and two young grandchildren. They arrived early in the morning to leave their bags and check in at 3pm. The staff however found them a room that was ready and allowed them to book in early. The facilities were great. The grandchildren loved the rooftop pool.

Bel emplacement mais odeur nauséabonde dans les chambres
Pros:

Très bon emplacement.
Literie confortable. L'hôtel est très calme, nous n'entendons pas de bruits ni le soir, ni le matin (chambre pas du côté de la route).
Petit déjeuner généreux.
Petite attention pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint, merci.
Le personnel s'adapte facilement et rapidement à nos demandes.
Il y a des lavomatics en bas de l'hôtel, ce qui est pratique pour les familles avec enfants comme nous.

Cons:

Odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre pour nos 5 nuits, ça sent le renfermé +++, impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Cela questionne sur l'hygiène générale de la chambre qui est couverte de moquette et ne peux pas etre aérée...
Pas à la hauteur pour le prix et la "prestance" de l'hôtel, d'où les points en moins...
