THE MOST DISGUSTING, UNSANITARY
Pros:

NOTHING!!!! THIS PLACE IS AS DISGUSTING AS IT GETS. I GOT TO THE HOTEL ON OCT 25TH AT 7 PM WITH MY FAMILY, LITTLE DID I KNOW WHAT I WAS GOING TO BE FACING FOR THE NEXT HOURS. AS I WALKED TO THE FRONT DESK THERE WAS ALREADY PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR RESERVATIONS BEING CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY MORE ROOMS AVAILABLE. THEY CANCELLED MY RESERVATION, JUST SAYING THEY WERE OVERBOOKED. BY THE TIME THEY GAVE ME A ROOM, THE NEXT DAY, THEY PROMISED THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE IT CLEANED UP AND READY, YET THAT WAS ANOTHER LIE, THE ROOM WAS DIRTY NEXT LEVEL. BY MELISSA, LAURA FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES, ABSOLUTELY HELPLESS, AND THE MANAGER DAVE, WHAT TO SAY ABOUT THAT MAN, AN ABSOLUTE UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARROGANT INDIVIDUAL. I WAS EVEN THREATENED BY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CALL THE COPS ON ME BECAUSE I WAS TRESPASSING THE PROPERTY SINCE I ACCORDING TO HIM, DIDNT HAVE A VALID RESERVATION. I COULD KEEP GOIN GOING ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED BUT HONESTLY, JUST AVOID THIS PLACE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

THE PROPERTY IS OLD AND DIRTY. AS YOU WALK THROUGH THE HALLWAYS YOU WILL SEE GARGABE BAGS ON THE FLOOR, DIRTY BEDSHEETS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HALLWAY. BAGS OF TRASH OUTSIDE THE BUILDINGS OVERALL IT IS A GARBAGE PLACE . DO NOT STAY HERE!

Front desk customer service and facility left much to be desired; good location served trip purpose.
Pros:

Conveniently located close to downtown and venue we were going to for a concert. The breakfast menu had several choices, and it was well stocked. The breakfast attendant was very helpful.

Cons:

The receptionist was cold, complaining to customer registering ahead of us about her working hours. She did not welcome us to the hotel. I work in customer service, and we always welcome our guests with a smile and a cheery disposition even if we are having a bad day. For example: "Welcome to Comfort Inn, how may I assist you today?" with a smile...

The toilet had no water, so I opened the tank and saw it was empty. Thankfully, I knew what to do so I opened the water line to allow it to fill. The shampoo canister was empty. Luckily, I had brought my own toiletries from home. There was a cockroach in the living room (I took pictures), so we had to hang our luggage in the closet to avoid bringing guests back home.

Room smelled musty. Toilet kept running all night when we had the opportunity to be in the room. Fire alarm went off and we spent 2 hours outside.

If the above items were fixed the hotel would be great.

location was fine; breakfast was excellent

Cons:

we had a handicapped room. The shower in the room had a seat that had mold on it and the shower faucet was old and did not have a hand held needed for a handicapped person. The room wasn't wide enough the way the furniture was set up to allow for a wheelchair so we had to move furniture around.

Pros:

The breakfast was ok, the rooms were not cleaned unless requested. The trash can outside the exit, was not emptied while we were there. There was no information about wi-fi, had to go to the desk to get it, because room phone did not work.

very disapointing
Pros:

I liked the breakfast as it was among the best Free breakfasts I have had as a continental breakfast. I have had; and I have had a lot in my travels. The service was very polite and cheerful, and it was clean and relatively quiet.

Cons:

The wing they put me in there were construction workers pulling up the carpet making noise past 8:00pm. After a almost 6-hour road trip that's the last thing I want to hear. Then as I was falling asleep, I saw a bed bug crawling towards my head. I jumped up and took a photo and checked for others. I called the front desk, and they came and told me what I saw and took a photo of was not a bedbug... yes it was, and I have many years of experience identifying them. They asked me if I wanted to remain in the room (as if). They relocated me to a room they had been "saving for no one" in a more quite section/wing of the hotel (now why didn't they just give me that one to begin with?).

There were dirty socks in the bathroom, not ours there was food under the bed, not ours. Then when we went for breakfast, the worker was rude to my granddaughter and shut the drawer on her!!!!! I would like a refund!!!!! the dirtiness I could live with, but not being rude to my granddaughter!!!!!
