That they don’t clean your room every day, and you have to ask for towels and to have your room cleaned
Location, convenience and Perkins restaurant
N/A. It wasn’t the property.
The room was nice clean and comfortable. I liked the furniture and it's arrangement and colors
Only if the mattress was a bit softer but I know that's not everyone's preference
Everything was nice including staff. Neds were very comfortable and it was quiet.
We got lost trying to find our room and trying to get back to lobby. It’s confusing and no signs directing you. I had to ask the cleaning staff where to go.
I liked the housekeeping lady who greeted us with a cheery “Welcome in!” She was very friendly in the beginning of our stay.
I did not like that we discovered that our car was broken into and we were not allowed to see the video of the parking lot. I also did not like that there were not enough cameras in the parking lot. Perhaps Holiday Inn should think about upgrading their equipment because it would be lovely when you’re vehicle is broken into, if you could see the license plate of the car that broke into the vehicles in the parking lot.
Easy location, great breakfast included!
Nothing to report
The hotel was in great location to the interstate and to food nearby.
The bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival.
Location, easy access, clean and spacious room.
We expected breakfast, but saw nothing about the details. Night manager said nothing, morning manager commented that ‘it was done at 9:30’ when we inquired at 9:20. That was the main problem. It would have been nice to be informed of details and had been able to make plans, so we did not have to make another stop a few miles away.
Very clean and maintained
We paid $180 including pet fee for 2 queen beds. The room itself was nice & quite large. The pet rooms are on the first floor all next to each other and there’s a parking lot right outside the rooms so you can see your car from the window if you park near.
The surrounding area isn’t very nice at all, there’s a restaurant connected but we didn’t try it because the reviews were very bad. McDonald’s was nearby.
Checkout was 11 am but can request a later checkout, which we didn’t need. Absolutely NO service, so our text messages were barely going through. WiFi was also terrible.
The room was clean but they supplied barely any toilet paper. It was gone by morning. I don’t think it was even half a roll, so they were cheap with the TP.
Hotel clean. Perkins was good, Porsha was kind and efficient.
