Pros:

The staff was great.

Cons:

The bathtub in our suite was broke and you couldn’t turn the water off. The tile flooring in the whole suite would stick to your feet and would pull up. It looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. They smelled like mold.

Great experience 10/10 will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

I came in about 6pm and the 2nd shift front desk GRS was the best! Super friendly , very helpful, a remote was missing from my room at check in and she immediately brought me one, and she made me a great bloody mary at the bar! Best guest service ive ever received at a hotel and I travel quite frequently!

Cons:

Bed was a little hard but it was do-able

Pros:

The rooms were nice and clean. Room was ready when we got there.

Cons:

The pool was closed the time we were there. Breakfast was good but they were out of a few things.

Looks like the room was put together just to have someone stay in it at the last minute. I don’t think I would stay at

Cons:

Advertise a pool. Looks on google maps looks like it been closed for months maybe year. Toilet was not secured to the floor properly. Molding around the tub and AC unit was coming off. Bed and pillows were hard. The breakfast was not eatable!

Pretty disappointing and uncomfortable.
Pros:

The layout of the room was nice, the tub was really cool, and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The pool was GREEN, which means it isn't being treated and is filthy. The pillows were literally unusable, we barely slept the first night because they were so bad and went to Walmart to buy new ones to use because the hotel was out of extra pillows. The shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere.

Very nice stay and nicely operated hotel!
Pros:

The hotel was close to my destination and conveniently located off the expressway. Quiet location.

Cons:

Everything was above average. There was a condensation leak in my room. I reported to staff right away. The offered a new room, but I decided I was too tired to change rooms. They supplied me with towels to help soak the water from the carpet. It ded not interfere with my stay. Staff was very helpful.

Place was filthy I know they were booked solid the night before but it was no acceptable. Place had construction too and debris all over the packed parking lot.

Minus the noise and walls shaking it was overall comfortable.
Pros:

The bed was overall comfy but the constant noise but unreal. Construction going on and constant beeping from the equipment and walls shaking from the work being done.

Cons:

The bed was comfortable and the ac worked fairly well for what it was.
