Cons:

Even though we paid in full for the room. And just gave the hotel our credit card for the $50 hold for damage deposit. They charged us again for the whole stay and an extra $216 for no reason on our credit card. Which caused us to have to take time to visit the front desk and call them twice to have the charges removed after our stay.

I enjoyed my stay there. The facility is worth the money.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and inviting. The food was good.
The room was good size and clean. The bathroom was small.

Cons:

The facility is under going some renovations.

Good stay, I’d stay again.
Pros:

Complementary breakfast was a big hit with my group. All personnel was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Noise deadening curtain. On 4th floor MonTues morning traffic was loud. Work was being done (drilling fairly early).

The renovations they're in the process of doing will help a lot.
Pros:

Didn't participate. Location was good.

Cons:

The bathroom definitely needed refreshing. The ceiling was low, the paint was chipped, caulking needed to be redone and in general it was dark and uninviting. The elevators were grubby and beat up.

Worth a stay if you’re in town for a short time.
Pros:

It was right next to interstate. 10 minutes from downtown.

Cons:

It was going through renovations and front desk tried to make me pay twice after I booked through booking.com. Couldn’t sleep because the noise from interstate was so loud and woke up to drilling on the floor below.

I slept for a few hours and checked out
Pros:

It was close to my meeting spot

Cons:

Felt dirty. Elevators had construction debris in it. No garbage cans in the room. Garbage piled up at end of hall where customers had to put their trash. I could go on.
