The staff was friendly, and location was close to restaurants. Our room was nice and cool for the hot day; the shower had very good pressure. The pool and hot tub was very clean. Clean Facility.

Pool was very small. Location was hard to find behind another business. Not enough food brought out for amount of people waiting. Odd meal time. Did not stay open for meals later on weekends. Only served breakfast for 2.5 hours. Back door to inside did not lock. Keys easily deactivated, staff seemed annoyed when they did. NO ELEVATOR!!!!!!!
Staff was little rude at check in when I reminded them I had called for joining rooms and was told I could get them she asked 2x if I called after was told 2x that I called about them.
The cleanliness of the room and comfortable beds.
The breakfast room was much too small with only 3 booths and 2 high-rise tables. Very little hot foods only biscuits, gravy, and scrambled eggs. It was put away right at 9 am; no attendant available to refill waffle mix and milk. It should be opened later than 9 am on a Sunday!

Main problem: NO ELEVATOR to 2nd floor with an inside hallway
I liked the variety at breakfast. And I felt the room was clean. Bed was ok.

tile coming apart in bathroom, soap holders were peeling, no towels in pool room, not much seating for breakfast area, not a big selection for breakfast. no elevator to take things upstairs to room when also having to carry a baby.

We rented 3 rooms, all smelled musty like mold, they were damp even the bedding was moist. Theres no ventilation in the bathrooms, its so bad when you take a shower monster drips down the walls. The air units are old, build up condensation water drops on them, theres mildew on the bathroom ceiling, paint peeling off shower tiles. Bed skirts have unknown dried substances on them, furniture is old and sticky feeling. The rooms are not lighted well either, the brown decor pillow on each bed was filthy with dried fluids on the the pillow case. The lobby is nothing like the rooms. Its yuck, days inn or super 8 does better. Looks like a really bad renovation, it used to be the holliday inn back in like the 70s. The beds suck too. Awful, we didn't see any bugs but the smell was terrible. We had rooms 111, 113 and 115. 113 smelled the worst but they all smelled like mold. Pay more go somewhere else. I didn't take photos cause the mildew and peeling paint would be the only thing I could really show. The smell and comfort and feel of the furniture you wouldn't understand unless you experienced it. According to the photos they have online the pictures dont look bad but you just cant unsmell that musty smell 🤢
Beds were very nice and the hotel was clean.
Breakfast was missing sausage, but we appreciated what was offered.
The staff was friendly. Our teenage son enjoyed the small pool and deep hot tub. I did laundry in the little laundry room next to the pool room. It was an excellent value for our money.
