I’ve had worse, but I’ve had better as well. Would stay here again if needed but it wouldn’t be my first choice
Pros:

The property was in a good location close to the interstate and near plenty of dining options. The breakfast was delicious and hot a variety of items. The price was decent for a Friday night

Cons:

The pool was absolutely freezing to the point that we were the only ones using it, and only for 5 minutes. Also, we got locked in the gate surrounding the pool and could not get out until an employee came and unlocked it. She said something about shutting it too hard? Low pressure of toilets led to clogging, which is never a fun experience

The staff was very friendly and attentive.

It was in middle of a lot of shopping centers, so the noise level was a little high. But not too bad.

Our room is on the first floor and our “window” faces the internal hallway I.e. the corridor of the conference rooms so basically we can never open the shades or anyone walking around in the hotel can look into our room. We might as well have no window in the room.

I booked this room about two months in advance. I stayed there two years ago with my husband on her wedding night while we were traveling very nice was connected to Longhorn restaurant. They offered 10% discount very decent clean place one to enjoy that again on our anniversary.

Cons:

Downfall was I booked it two months ago I get there. They gave my room to somebody else so I got the room. I didn’t even want 10% discount was taken away. Another downfall was they took the hot tub out. Pool was freezing. The bed was definitely not comfortable to my standards. It was like sleeping on a brick. Other than that it was OK stay the lady at the service desk was very sweet. I did not catch your name, but she was very respectful and try to make her night better even though everything seemed to go downhill.

My only criticism involves parking. They seem to be a strange arrangement of disabled parking and some of the spaces are further away from the door than normal spaces.

My biggest criticism is there is only one way in to the hotel. Most places I have stayed at have multiple entrances and exits to accommodate the need to park in different areas of the lot. Also, when I did leave through an exit only door, I found it was not latched and closed properly. It was during the day but had it remained that way anyone could have entered without a key and not in view of the front desk.
