Excellent hotel.
Pros:

We ate both lunch and dinner and also enjoyed cocktails in the evening at the restaurant with the bar. It was all excellent. Hotel was excellent. Planning to stay there again when we travel to Maine next year. This trip was a stop over on our way to MA for vacation.

Great value.
Pros:

Everyone tried to be helpful. Alfred's Bar was excellent. The use of a computer was important.

Cons:

The inroom shower was dangerous. My wife warned me after she showered that it was very slippery. When I showered I came close to falling more than once. It is otherwise a good shower. It needs non-slip strips on the floor. Truly dangerous.

Incident free and reasonably priced for the area.
Pros:

Check out was quick and easy. Parking area was spacious and reasonably lit, so I did not have to worry about the safety of my car.
Small refrigerator in the room kept our fruit and water cool.

Cons:

Room HVAC unit was louder than I would have desired. Fortunately we were all tired from our long drive, so we fell asleep quite easily.

Good. Cost more than I’d like. Noisy room heater detracted. Comfy bed.
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Bathroom area setup.
Friendly staff. Starbucks available in lobby.

Cons:

The a.c./heater unit was very noisy and not user-friendly to operate. We called the front desk for assistance, and they sent someone up. After being told there was no fix, we had them shut the unit off completely. We left the window open all night.
